Daniel,Shedrach and Meshack Were In The Presence Of God

Daniel in the lion’s den and Shedrak, Meshach and Abednego in the fiery furnace all were in the house of God, which means His divine presence. Hezekiah was healed in his house. Where ever God is in operation is His house. Many ministers want their members to remain in the church so that their collections will continue to flow. These pastors or ministers do not care how healthy the marriages of their members are. So many marriages have been destroyed by the church. Husbands and wives should define what they believe and cast away the unwanted junks into the psychological, intellectual and religious dustbins. It is noteworthy that Jesus Christ the Lord’s presence in the house of Joseph and Mary did not cause commotion between the holy couple. Our religious leaders should know when to tell women to go home and cook for their husbands and families, give attention to their sick family members and attend to social engagements geared towards the development of their immediate family and environment. If everybody is in the church, who will cook, wash, give us electric power, attend to the sick in the hospitals, make laws that will guide our day to day lives, judge matters to allow for peaceful co-existence etc. Many families have lost dear ones to religious arrogance and intolerance. Some wives call their husbands”unbelievers”because they are not attending the same church denomination. Is the husband not a leader in the religious affairs of the family?.Is it not the responsibility of the husband to lead his family to God? Why are some wives exhibiting a “holier than thou attitude “in the family?. Is it nice for a wife to be more religious than her husband whose duty it is to lead the family to God in prayers? Some wives become pastors and their husbands are at home taking care of the children. Is that the gospel?
