Why Interviews are Just Process Not the End

These days many interview process are rigged to such an extent that people easily get denied for job. And lot of them are nothing but too much demands and offer nothing in return. Personally I think it does not offer you much to understand. Lot of the recruitment companies don’t have much decent data. And it goes to show you that interview process are raised up for the sake of it. I think many of us assume that interviews are just an end to the process. But in reality, there is not much we can do about it. Process from interviews only makes you get into anxiety because lot of them are not regular process. And more or less they are just nothing but junk. In this article I want to point you to some of the processes which are often hard to crack but can be cracked eventually.

Experience

Many recruiters demand unexpected experience. For example, they want graduates with 10 year experience. And they also want someone to be entrepreneur mindset with the ability to work under some person. So likewise this can make you think a lot about what sort of unreasonable expectations that exist with the recruiter. And with given time and money, you have to work harder on many grounds. You have to understand that experience takes years to develop. So I think many recruiters are being unreasonable. You just have to ask them bluntly is this even possible or just speculation.

Salary

Many recruiters are not going to be blunt on this point. And they may want you to adjust with the salary that company can offer. Here you have to ask for the work and the experience that is being taken to the table. Salary is one of the toughest thing to argue with recruiters, not many of them are going to tell you about it. But all of them know how much to expect from each other. So give this process some time. Make sure to know how to negotiate and ask for the raise. This practice in itself can pay a lot of benefits. I think with enough negotiation skills you can make some decent money with the experience.

Attitude

Your attitude to work with different people in the workplace is very much important. Make sure you are appearing friendly and safe among other people. And you are gaining a lot of people in this process. Most of the workers who are into the IT learn how to behave and how to sort the negotiation skills. You can seee that attitude is also managed with the HR people. So that’s something one has to learn while working for any company they are aiming. I have learned to work with the people after lot of practice. Each workspace has their own ways to do things in the process.

As you can see these are some of the things that you can do in order to appear stronger in ther interviews. You can see that there are different ways to handle interviews most of the time.
