One of the hard realities of life is that anyone who wants to be successful in life will have to go through failures. There number an intensity can vary from person to person but they are inevitable. The taste of failure is must that needs to be tasted by all. But successful are those who always rise above all these failures and get going again. This is what differentiates successful from the unsuccessful.
The glory always resides in doing and not in the trophy won.If you have put in sincere honest efforts they shall surely make you win sooner or later. No effort ever gets wasted, no hard work goes unpaid. Every journey teaches you something or the other that is capable enough to give you lessons for the life time.
There is never a permanent failure. Every reverse and every setback can be turned into a building stone for a solid foundation of success. There are many things that can be learned from failures. Failures teach us to be tolerant, they teach us to be persistent. There is always a big hidden lesson that lies inside every failure. It may not be now but sometime later you will realize the lessons you learned from your failures.
Failures are like a tempering process of a person’s personality. It helps to prepare you for the hard realities of life.If you can survive repeated failures instead of surrendering before them it is a strong evidence that you will surely achieve the desired heights sooner or later. Accept every failure as a shoe shiner that will polish some or the other aspect of your personality.
Never despise failure but always thank God for the privilege of testing you under their weight. All the glory goes to the person who fails but still fights up. “Never give up ” should b the consistent and everlasting motto of life.
To learn from failures and past experiences is the most important. Every failure teaches us something or the other. But successful are those who keep in mind the causes of failures. To learn and imbibe from your failures is only the way to rose over them. Repeated failures and that too because of the same reason is always unacceptable. Self introspection is very important. To figure out the real reason for the failures and that to with an honest effort is always advisable. One should be capable enough to analyze and accept the personal mistakes that led to failure. Then comes the steps of preventing and refining them.
Blaming others will lead you to nowhere. Always keep in ind that it is your life and you are responsible for it’s glory. It will be reflection of your actions and blaming others for it is unwise. Hold responsibility for each and every action that takes place whether it comes out be successful or not.You will sink or swim, rise or fall totally upon your own merits and demerits.
So, never refrain yourself from trying and doing things only because of the fear of failures. Failures will come and go. This is a process which keeps going on and off. But what is important is that you keep going.

True failures can be made the stepping stones to future success provided one is willing to learn from his or her mistakes. While one is bound to commit mistakes and fail in life one should get up as one would when they fall on the ground. I have never seen a person fall on the ground and stay in the same position. This is the same thing I tell anyone who fails to make them understand what it is.
If we are responsible for our actions we will be willing to accept our decisions whether they are good or bad. The wise will learn from both success and failures and not just from failures only. There are innumerable examples of famous people who have failed many times in life but did not give up and learnt from their faults and emerged better and stronger. Post well appreciated.
