“Weird” People are the People I Like

Maybe I am weird that’s why I like weird people!

What do you think of weird people? They are those who act outside the box, sometimes out of the norm or out of what some people call “normal standards.”

I love to keep their company because I always laugh, they make me so happy with the unusual things they are doing or saying. I can learn a lot from them because of their wide and varied perspective in life. They are joyful and look at life so positively; without the worries, or they may have some worries, but they consider them as heavy bags that one need not carry all the time. One should leave those heavy bags behind so he can travel lightly through life.

If a problem bogs you; or if a family member ruins your day by committing some mistakes, let it be, but let him know the rules so he will not repeat that act. He should learn from it, and by forgiving him, it helps him rectify his error knowing there are still people around who are willing to accept him as a person.

A weird person will solve problems the unusual way; there could be shortcuts, but the result is best! A weird person do not consider things as it is; there is no such thing as black is black and white is white, but he looks at things and occurrences as a mixture of black and white, so there is gray, the in-between color when the two colors were mixed. It is a beautiful perspective of looking at things. There could be compromises to make life so happy and peaceful.

A weird person looks at everything around him with meaning; or everything has its purpose for existence. He can easily rationalize why some people act differently; why they respond to situations differently or out of the usual way.

They may cry when situations call for it, or laugh out loud to his heart’s content when something funny comes to his mind. He will express his feelings freely. This is the best of it all, because one can not always be so sad and serious with life, because life is said to be a journey and being happy will make that journey a very, very fulfilling one.

    • I have a little hesitation with weird people though. It seems that I am afraid of what they will do whenever they suddenly think of doing something out of the box.

I have met some weird people, that they even talk to themselves when alone . Yes, I interact with them because they are my officemates, but i am not close to them.

Although, when they make themselves funny, I really would laugh out loud too. However, I don't want to be left alone with them at the office.

In their weirdness, they might just hit me when I didn't answer to their liking.
