Understand stress damage and deal with it.

Psychologists work does not lack tension and negative emotions, sometimes they experience more stress than their patients. However, experts have one important advantage – well aware of stress damage, they deal with it quickly. So, it worth to learn from them.

They are trying not to do many things at once. When you try to perform a thousand and one task from the agenda, the anxiety level rises and becomes more difficult to concentrate. The result is decreased productivity and negative emotions. Concentrated on only one task you will become more productive. At the task’s end, you will feel pride in yourself and without stress will start your next job.

They talk with merry colleague. Numerous studies have showed the positive physiological effects of laughter. One of the most striking – stress hormones decrease and elevated dopamine and other hormones responsible for the happiness level. According to experts, there is no need of professional comedian skills: sometimes it is enough just to make fun of yourself and it will brighten up the rest of the day.

They invoke to the help colored pencils. Often, we bring home all discomfort accumulated during the day. They especially intensify at bedtime, and in some cases even lead to insomnia. In order the tension would not torture in the evening, remember childhood and pull out the coloring book: it helps you to relax and take your mind of the problems plaguing. Research shows that art therapy eases depression and anxiety.

This technique reduces the level of stress hormones, slow the heart rate and ease the muscle tension.
