Type of Anxiety I have Experienced in My Life

I think in our life we all have felt the anxiety in some way or the other. And this sort of anxiety has made it’s way to our brain in such way that it makes us super uncomfortable. Some of us have dealt with it. And some of us have gone weaker with it. And this is one reason many of us have to work harder on our work. And we have to build ourselves such strong that anxiety does not creep way it back on us. And this can be done only when we are being serious with our work. So in this article I am going to explain you in what ways I have experienced the anxiety and how you can avoid that by working harder.

Money

One of the issues with money is that when you have it, you fear of losing it. And when you don’t have it, you get anxiety for not having it. So either way money gives you anxiety. And you have to learn to be happy with whatever that you can do with this sort of feelings. These feelings are natural. And you have to work with those feelings and decide if you understand the place for it. Money is no easy thing, but anxiety makes it harder to make more money. So you have to learn how to be content with what you have right now. And then take yourself ahead. That way you don’t get into the gravity of money.

Relationship

Another area where you are going to feel the anxiety is the relationship. You need to make sure that you understand how much anxiety these relationship can give you. As your life is mostly built on the relationship. If those relationship don’t exist then you are going to get into trouble. Relationship are harder, and you have to understand where you can control and where you have to let go. Practicing that would take you much ahead in life. Most of us are learning how to handle the relationship with mistakes. So you have to make those mistakes in order to get past them and avoid anxiety.

Your health is lot responsible for the anxiety. For example, the anxiety that we can get increases our appetite. And then we eat more. And then that increases our weight. So you can see that health is very important thing to look forward to. And if you make use of the health in right way, you’d understand where things need to be change for your better health. The key to better decisions and less anxiety is keeping your body healthy. Never ignore your body. Not even at the cost of money. Because money is not going to bring back your health. Thats how many people are going to learn the biggest reason why anxiety is going to be recurring.

These three are the main reasons why many people feel anxiety in their life. And in order to get over all these set of anxiety, they need to work harder. You can find that out as you move ahead with that in life.

    • Nice piece but to me all anxiety can be associated to money. It is man's number anxiety case. If you don't have money you become more worried as you become burden with where to get food to eat. You can leave each day without relationship but can you leave each day without food? For you to get the food you must get money. Without money as a form of exchange majority of the worlds problem or anxity wiill have been solved.

    • Those are the things that usually cause one's stress; over thinking of what
      will happen in the future if he has no money, no friends or family (relationships), no good job or have a bad health. So if you are healthy, have a happy relationship, have enough money, be happy and contented with what you have.

    • that is sommething, really true health is the most important thing, to worry, more than money, i liked how you addressed theses issues and thanks for those powerful anxiety, which make it normal in todays world, and yeaaa we all got anxiety at some point to some degree also, but we lived and really that is the vital things

    • Very true many of the things which you have stated cause problems to the individuals going through the issue in one way or the other. The most important thing for one to see is that one leads a balanced life which is a must for not having the problems stated above. It is also important to see that one has a healthy body, mind and soul. These are the prerequisites for an individual to be able to pursue his or her profession in the long run as time tends to wear things down.

      If things are pursued in such a way that money is only used as a means and not an end in itself, life can be lead by the individual in a fruitful way. Going overboard for different things be it materialistic, money, relationships and work. All these contribute in an individual to experience stress, anxiety, negativity and affect his or her health which has to be addressed on time. A good post.
