You had seen men and women smoking in public places.
It is a common scenario where these smokers know that
smoking is bad for health but they cannot quit immediately.
However, they are not 100% addicted smokers or veteran
smokers.
Some of them are social smokers.
Yes, most heavy smokers and social smokers have the similar
feelings after a meal or feeling tired or bored at parties,
barbecues, restaurants, pubs, in the office or waiting for
someone at public places.
They gradually became bored, resort to smoking in order to kill
time and pacify his tiredness or boredom.
Ironically, social smoker does exist as these people smoked a
few cigarettes per week, only everyday.
Compare to heavy smoking, social smoking is a trend right now,
in the whole wide world.
Many people claimed that they are not smokers since they
smoke occasionally; a few times a day, a few times a week or
when they have functions such as meet together in pubs, in
groups or business purposes.
Surveys conducted had proven that adult working men and
women often smoke once in a while due to socialize with clients
or friends.
They are not addicted to smoking yet, not to the level of several
packs of cigarettes per day or after every meal.
They do smoke is social places only, not everywhere or
anywhere that may affect the non-smokers.
Most of them can quit but do not have the will to insist on stop
smoking for real.
Most of them ended up smoking for several years or decades
eventhough they are social smokers.
Do you belonged to this range of social smokers?
Do you think that it is alright to smoker once in a while?
Indeed, smoking once in a while is not considered as alright at
all
In fact, smoking is not safe as one knows that it damages his
health, bad body and mouth odor, create stains on the teeth
enamel and tainted his lungs with toxin.
They do know that it is bad for their health but they are not the
ones who had the cigarette pack in their pockets.
Instead, it is the veteran smokers had offered and encouraged
them to smoke just for fun.
They simply couldn’t turn down their offer, especially their clients
or elders in the family.
When smokers are lighting up fewer cigarettes per day, they are
inhaling harder the nicotine contents into their lungs.
They do not want to waste the cigarettes since they had limited
themselves the number of cigarettes they could smoke in a day.
Hence, this will bring more harm than less which most social
smokers misunderstood.
The truth is, they are addicted to smoking if they have their first
smoke in the morning, less than 30 minutes per cigarette.
It is difficult to kick this bad habit once you are hook to it!
Yes, majority social smokers are honest about their smoking
habits.
They do not smoke daily compare to veteran heavy smokers.
If they could practice good discipline among themselves, social
smokers could quit in a short time since they are not addicted to
nicotine yet.
1. Keep motivated by positive people encouragement
2. Avoid meeting smokers if possible
3. Try to give excuses to refrain from smoking when clients or friends offer cigarettes
4. Exercise regularly to keep body fit and strong
5. Eliminate cigarette related items in the office and home
6. Chew chewing gum to remove the tobacco odor in the mouth
7. Put on skin patches or suck mint sweets when crave for cigarettes
8. Try to cleanse the digestive system with home remedies natural vegetable cleanser method to get rid of the toxin in the body
Hence, do try to quit casual smoking if you had just started.
It is never to late to quit smoking, regardless of age and gender.

I have to say sadly I have many of my personal friends and family friends doing this bad habit which I try to avoid in any and from any situation. It is bad for young and old and I see no enjoyment in it. How can you possibly enjoy in toxic activity that will get you certainly dead after sometime.
It is also good if a smoker will gradually decrease smoking of cigarettes on a weekly basis. The real fact, it is totally difficult for smokers to cease from doing this habit. The key to being successful in stopping this is having a strong will to stop it. If not, then it is not the right time for them to refrain from smoking.
I am in process now of trying to stop....I wish I never started this bad habbite. It is very hard to stop when other around you are still smoking
