The trouble is that we can’t face trouble

Sounds like a song but in this case it’s more than that. A time comes in our life when we feel either motivated or disappointed but it all depends on us how we tackle the situation. I have come across such situations on innumerable times but somehow managed to come out of them every time. The fact is no problem is big or small but how we react or tackle with that is more important.

As I said there is no problem that you cannot handle but it entirely depends on your own way of handling it. Actually, it all depends on how we react or how we look at the trouble but in most cases the problem was not as big but we had no idea how to handle it.

There is a simple but to the point quote, “How you react emotionally is a choice in any situation.” – Judith Orloff

It says all, actually in most cases it’s all about our reaction in a particular situation that solves the situation or exaggerates it. That’s the difference in between human and animals that we are bound together with each in a relation, humanity if nothing else and these relations give us strength to carry on a reason to live on but sometimes these very relations may give us heartburn too.

Here is a simple example which is mainly applicable for our part of the world where people live closely connected to each other or in other words they stay more in touch with each other compared to their westerner counterparts therefore under the situation of more chances of confusion or misunderstanding with relatives or neighbors.

However, one thing is common in all relations that if we understand the value of reaction and acceptance and here acceptance means that we should accept only what we feel is worth acceptable and leave the rest, half the trouble will be solved. Learn how to avoid words which you do not like to hear because 90% reason of a particular problem begins when you hear bad words.

    • Our lives are surrounded with troubles all through. There is no day that someone will say that they have never encountered troubles in their lives, or they can go through the week without facing any kind of trouble. It could be in school, at your work place, at home or wherever you are. Troubles are part and parcel of life, as much as we may try to assume them, they always seem to appear, and we cannot run away from them. So the best thing we can do for ourselves is to be brave and bold enough to face them instead of running away from them. That way even God knows that you need his help to overcome them and he usually comes through for us whenever we call on him. Like for me when i go through some troubles I don't even think of sweeping them under the carpet, instead I gather up the little courage that i have and do what is expected of me. Many times I may be afraid to face the trouble for fear of failing or not getting the results that i am looking for, but i I always give myself that hope of doing right. So it's good to always just trust in what your doing and God will definitely guide you through it.
