India is the name of rich culture and history. You an see here a lot of building with amazing architecture, a lot of beautiful scenery. There are some mysterious places in India made India mysterious! Now I am going to say something about this. Whenever I think about this matter, foremost the name raises in my mind is KULDHARA, RAJASTHAN.
Kuldhara, a village, situated in Rajasthan, India, is also known The Abandoned Village. About 200 years ago, it was the home of more than 1500 Paliwal Brahmins fled the village, Overnight. Since then no one hasbeen able to live here. According to the legend, the PM of the state fell in love with the daughter of the village head and wanted to marry her. But the village head was not agree with him . The Paliwals held a council and people of 85 villages left their ancestral homes and vanished. Before leaving the place the put a curse on Kuldhara that no one will be able to stay in their village. Since then the village remains an abandoned place in India.
Those, who try are chased away at night by “paranormal activities.” Tourists visit Kuldhara, encounter an uneasy feeling.
Next, JATINGA, A LITTLE VILLAGE IN ASSAM, INDIA, has everything that you can expect in a beautiful place with amazing scenery. This place is famous for a mysterious phenomenon that happens every year during the foggy and dark late monsoon months.
Right after sunset, when locals are busy preparing for the night, hundreds of migratory birds commit mass suicide here. This happens everyday.The migratory birds flying over the village, dive headlong into trees, buildings, poles and other high places, crashing to death. Jatinga is known as “Land Of Mass Bird Suicide.”
Ornithologists say that the dense fog and high altitude puzzle birds because of which the end up crashing into trees and buildings and poles. However there are many arguments that counter the theory. Locals believe that evil spirits in the sky are responsible for the event. Why these birds fly at night, and why they get trapped in the same place, same time every year, that’s the great mystery!
Next I would like to say about BHANGARH fORT, IN RAJASTHAN, INDIA. This Fort was built in the 17th century. It was a hub of activity in Rajasthan. This is the birthplace of Maharana Pratap. Its is the 2ng largest wall in the world.
According to legend, in 1443, Rana Kumbha, The Maharana of Kumbhagarh, was initially repeatedly failed in attempts to build the fort wall. According to a spiritual advisor’s advice, a man was sacrificed to build the fort. However, the good time ended soon and now the Bhangarh Fort is marked as “most haunted place in India.” Even the Archaeological survey of India’s notice board near the fort, forbids tourist entry between sunset and sunrise. Locals call it a curse and believe that the place is home of evil spirits. Tourists feel an uneasiness on entering the premises.
JAMALI-KAMALI MASJID, is located inside the Mehrauli Archaeological Park, Delhi, is believed that two renowned sufi saints were buried adjacent to each other. The mosque and the tomb were constructed in 1528-1529 and Jameli was buried in the tomb in 1535. The place is notorious to get an unsettling feeling once you enter inside the tomb. People say that you can hear all kinds of noises calling out to you. These noises are accepted to come from the graves. It is unsafe to visit the tomb at night.
