Test Your Nutrient Knowledge

Knowing the actual nutrients in your food is essential

rather than blindly gobble up the same food everyday while

pushing yourself away from other nutritious food that you

dislike.

It is wise to eat wide range of different food in order to

absorb sufficient and equally balanced nutrients in your

body. Majority consumers misunderstood that processed

food such as canned food, packaging food and ready-made

compressed food has the equal nutrients as fresh food.

Food manufacturers are good at misleading consumers

decision making by printing nutrients information on the

food packaging and bottles with large prints to make them

obvious.

It would be wise to check up the actual nutrients contents

in the food that you planned to purchase.

Look up in health nutrients books, magazines and related

websites for more information, which fresh food has the

nutrients that you are searching for.
