Lately I was working on Sundays as well like previous two Sundays I was in office. So today is Sunday as well but I am home today, and it felt so good today to relax and have a off day after almost three weeks or 21 days. I think our body and muscles need a days off so that we can make our selves ready for the busy days and week ahead as its good to feel relaxed firefly to have a very good working week. Also its march and closing of financial year 2016-17 so it will be more busy then usual days and months and also with weather changing to summers or I should say sweaty summer’s so needs to be ready for that as well. And to add to that we should also have good amount of sleep as well on daily basis to feel relaxed and good for another busy day at work or office. If we slept well, we will woke up very well and that affects our day automatically. By working up well and early in the morning, we will have a kick start to our day and that will also help in brighten our day as well. And will help us in concentrating on our work properly and helps in increasing our productivity as well which will help us grow well in our work life and office as well. The amount of sleep required is dependent on a particular person, its life style and body pattern as well. We all came across many people in our day to day life who only needs sleep of 2 or quite less and still feels good but ideally it should be more then 7 Hours and at least I feel good with at least 7 hours of sleep in night only as I was never a fan of afternoon naps not even on holidays and only may take nap if not feeling good.
So we should have good amount of relax after busy days and week.

Based on what you have told what it shows is your week has become 21 days as you have not had two Sunday's rest which is very important for any individual as otherwise it starts telling on ones body and reflects negatively on our body at one point of time or another. Our body is also like a mobile and needs recharge daily.
If the same is not provided with daily sleep along with the weekend booster it has a negative impact on the health of the individual. Some of the problems are mind always being on work mode and unable to rest, difficulty in sleeping and lack of sleep too in some, overthinking due to more workload, unable to take rest in a relaxed way, muscles of the body not being able to relax and loosen up, lack of communication with family also has its own inherent problems. with that said have to say your are right to some limit cause if you spend you whole weekend you will be so lazy if you just sat at home, and thats it, but if you do some activities like shopping, like going to the gym for one hour or even visit friends in another city or so its good other wise you will not like your work if you lived in the same routine daily. so relax is good in a way but over the limit is really harmful more than enjoyable or healthy. im sure all agree with this
