Jealousy is a feeling arising seeing surrounding who live in illusion. Living in illusion, we think that the human happiness is related to his achievements, position or wealth. If something fails in life we experience negative emotions, then it seems to us that the other people feel joy about our failure. It seems because the power of illusion affects us, and we all have this power. In fact, everything is different, but such a perception begets competition for material things. Therefore, people overpowered of an inferiority complex, so much value famous branded signs that buying branded goods, then making photos with them and put those photos to social networks such as Facebook, thus trying to disguise their complexes. Nowadays, it is very popular to flaunt having luxury cars, objects and clothing with famous brands. In this way is created desired image in social networks, that person cannot earn in real life. Usually it all stems from the feeling of inferiority and complexes.
Vedic scriptures said that a living being 24 hours a day feel envy. 24 hours a day he feels dissatisfaction with his situation. This leads to that living creature is constantly improving this situation. So what position we continually strive to improve? Material. And envy – the main engine of material progress. A jealous man always is upset, because around are better people. Therefore, there is too little joy of his life. If you see for no reason constantly unhappy face, you know – it’s an expression of envy.
Jealousy encourages the man to take any measures to achieve the target based on envy, ignoring the honor, kindness and decency. Man, possessed by jealousy, begins setting traps for anyone who is somehow superior to him. Rather than learn from such a man, he begins to create intrigues, to criticize, to spread rumors, gossip, this is setting various traps for this person, trying to downplay his real abilities and inflate his weaknesses.
If we see any famous celebrity, we desire the same glory, if we see a strong man, we envy him strength, because strength gave him fame. We envy their glory. Therefore, we start to imitate such people.
People say that envy is black and white. They say: do not think anything wrong, it is just a white envy. No, and really we do not need to think anything. Because about white jealousy, unlike the black, we do not need to talk. And do not need to think about it. Your deeds show when you envy someone by white envy. When you see good qualities or just something good in another person and do not wish that this person would fail and lose everything, but yourself you wish to gain the same features, capabilities, skills and goods – that is permissible, because, in this case, the jealous person wants to learn from person to which he feel envy. This is also the envy. However, this envy spreads energy of virtues. Such jealousy is justified, as it contributes to human development. All other types are unjustified jealousy.
Never tell your plans to a jealous people, because they are not destined to come true. Why? Jealous person will do anything to keep your plans not implemented.

Yes. We spend most of our time feeling for not to have. This is the state when a person thinks about the things others have got and he does not.He does not make any effort to possess those things because he knows his capability. In spite of his best efforts, he can not possess them. Still, he wants to have them. It is from this state the feeling of jealousy finds its roots.
But, if he is confident of getting those things by making a constant effort he will definitely do it and here there is no place for jealousy. This is a positive step. He learns even from others as to what to do to possess the things which he does not have. People also appreciate him for his efforts.
With the passage of time as people get old, they will have nothing but only jealousy. But, here the scene shifts from self to family. They compare their offspring with those of neighbors.
