The fifth page describes numerology of numbers 3 and 9, and also describes gods of ancient Greek mythology who correspond to the numerological three and the numerological nine. Numbers are considered in a context of Pythagorean numerology and consequently correspond with mythological images of gods and images of ancient philosophy. More detailed information on numerology of Pythagorean numbers can be found in books of antique philosophers, historians and poets, and also in modern books about ancient Greece in which antique myths are stated. Besides this page gives the information on comparison of numbers in numerology with aspects of planets which are formed within the framework of an astrological circle
Hermes. (Numerology number 3). Hermes is the son of Zeus and mountain nymph Maia. Her name corresponds to the name of the third month May in the Roman calendar that confirms ratio of Hermes with number 3 in numerology. Hermes is the intermediary between three worlds: world of gods, world of people, and world of death. He is the messenger (herald) of gods which speaks with people from the world of gods, and also is a conductor (guide) of people in the world of death. Hermes sends people dreams which announce will of gods. Hermes is artful and dexterous, and also he is declined to trickery and assignment of the’s property, but also gives to people essential and necessary, and prompts correct actions, but nevertheless is capable to deceive. Hermes is the patron of travel and wanderings. Sends people successful coincidence of circumstances and successful accidents. Hermes has musical abilities and has created seven-stringed lyre which has presented to Apollo in exchange for the magic gold staff (caduceus) that has talented Hermes with ability to guessing. Namely Apollo has learned him to guess by means of the magic staff, but art of Hermes’ guessing is consisted in the magic staff which makes sleepy and consequently differs from inspired prophetical art which has Apollo, or differs from art of predictions and forecasting which belongs to Prometheus. |
Hermes is an expert on secrets and secret knowledge. He is the patron of esoteric doctrines and occult sciences which are based on mystery and various magic attributes.
He is a grandson of Atlas who was brother of Prometheus, and consequently Hermes aspires to knowledge.
In essence modern occultism or so-called theosophy exist under protection of Hermes (Hermes Trismegistus) and consequently operate with knowledge which are accessible for Hermes, but occultism and occultists have no knowledge which are known to other gods and are not open for Hermes. Magic staff (caduceus) of Hermes is a symbol of occultism which opens secret (esoteric) mystery, but according to mythological legends this magic staff makes sleepy or otherwise to tell, makes sleepy of reason that allows to guess and find out information on the past or the future, and also allows to find out mystery by means of unconsciousness mentality which are subject to Hermes.
As against Artemis and Hecate which create communications of human relations, Hermes releases bindings which connect people. Therefore lunar magic of Hecate and natural magic of Artemis differ from magic abilities of Hermes. Namely Hermes is the conductor in the world of death and consequently his magic releases people from bindings with the natural world of life which belongs to Artemis, and releases from animal fears which accompany existence of alive essences and are in authority of Hecate.
In Roman mythology Hermes is equivalent of Mercury which was the god of trade and commercial benefit. Mercury goes in support of Fortune – the goddess of happiness and good luck who symbolizes world’s variability and favorable changes of
predeterminations of destiny which are probable in the event that circumstances of life develop in a sequence of events favorable for the person.
Aphrodite. (numerology number 9).Aphrodite is the goddess of love and beauty. She subordinates people and gods by means of the love energy, and also subordinates four world elements, but to her are not subject Athena, Artemis (light image of Artemis) and Hecate (light image of Hecate) which are virgin goddesses. The love of Aphrodite pacifies wild animals and restrains enmity of people or gods. |
Aphrodite Pandemos. (numerology number 9). Aphrodite Pandemos is the daughter of Zeus and Dione.Dione is oceanid whose name is conformable to name of Dionysus which was the nation-wide god of winemaking and idle art that draws together
images of two gods, but in myths there are no direct communications between Dionysus and Dione.
Aphrodite Pandemos is the goddess of hetaeras and sensual pleasures. Carries beautiful expensive clothes and jewelry. Wakens in people and gods love desires. Patronizes in love and pursues those who rejects or refuses mutual love.
The husband of Aphrodite is Hephaestus the ugliest god but the skilful master that determines interrelation of numerological numbers 7 and 9. That is conflicts of Hephaestus to the world order are compensated by beauty of Aphrodite who is recognized as the most beautiful in the world.
Aphrodite not only inspires love but falls in love itself and consequently is unfaithful to the husband. From connection of Aphrodite with Ares are born Eros and Harmonia, but also are born Deimos (dread) and Phobos (fright), that is Aphrodite derivates not only beauty and love but also derivates the horror which arises in charm of demonic beauty.
Aphrodite is recognized as the most beautiful goddess that is determined by Paris when he estimated beauty of three goddesses Athena, Hera and Aphrodite. Choice of Paris is caused by that Aphrodite promised possession Helen who was the most beautiful woman among people as against Hera who promised to Paris the regal greatness surpassing all terrestrial tsars, or as against the promise of Athena who offered bravery and heroism. The Greek Aphrodite is identical to the Roman Venus whose name means “favor of gods”.
Numbers of numerology can be compared to astrological aspects which are formed by configurations of planets or other heavenly bodies. Namely by means of values which have numbers from the point of view of numerology, it is possible to define meanings of aspects which are formed by heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle. Aspects are geometrical ratio of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle. Otherwise it is possible to tell that aspects are elements of
geometrical figures which are formed by heavenly bodies and are entered in an astrological circle that symbolizes position of heavenly bodies within the limits of a universe. Accordingly aspects have properties of geometrical figures, and geometrical figures correspond with numerological numbers and consequently meanings of aspects correspond with values of numbers in numerology.
For example, the astrological aspect Trine (120 degrees) is the side of an isosceles triangle and consequently has properties of numerological number 3 which corresponds with a geometrical figure of a triangle. That is aspects of heavenly bodies in the astrology have meanings which correspond with images of mythological gods. But it is necessary to take into account that planets and other heavenly bodies also have meanings of mythological gods, and thus positions of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle form aspects that demands separate consideration of characters of heavenly bodies and meanings which are caused by aspects of their mutual positions. Namely images of mythological gods and astrological symbols are considered not personally for gods but it is necessary to take into account meanings which symbols and gods have.
(Concurrence of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle)
This astrological aspect corresponds to numerological number 1 and specifies direct interaction of heavenly bodies as appropriate god Ares has property of direct influence on opponents, and accents attention to individualities of cooperating bodies. Namely as a result of interaction one heavenly body submits to other heavenly body as Ares is the aggressive and contradictory god that can cause antagonism of heavenly bodies, or can be quiet if any one heavenly body is capable to submit to other heavenly body.
(Opposite position of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle)
This astrological aspect corresponds to numerological number 2 and specifies on dual display of qualities of heavenly bodies which occurs as a result of the interaction, you see appropriate goddesses Hecate or Artemis have dual qualities. Namely cooperating heavenly bodies mutually replace the qualities or are identified each other, and also initiate display of a duality of the qualities. Otherwise it is possible to tell that displays of heavenly bodies become similar, that in some cases can be inconsistent or not inconsistent depending on characters of heavenly bodies.
(Position of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle with angular coordinate 120 degrees) This astrological aspect corresponds to numerological number 3 and a geometrical figure of a triangle. Specifies successful and not disputed process of interaction of heavenly bodies as appropriate god Hermes is the patron of lucky coincidences and helps to make correct decisions.
(Position of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle with angular coordinate 90 degrees) This astrological aspect corresponds to numerological number 4 and a geometrical figure of a square. Specifies the compelled and necessary interaction of heavenly bodies which is caused by the essential and important reasons as appropriate goddess Hera is guided in the actions by the supreme necessity. Namely interaction of heavenly bodies is dictated by necessity and is compulsory, that in result can be favorable or adverse depending on characters which heavenly bodies have.
(position of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle with angular coordinate 72 degrees) This astrological aspect corresponds to numerological number 5 and a geometrical figure of a pentagon. Specifies freedom of actions which is shown in interaction of heavenly bodies as appropriate goddess Athena is independent among Olympic gods and has freedom of actions according to own representations about necessity of realization of those or other results.
Also this aspect can specify wise interaction of heavenly bodies during which each heavenly body shows necessary qualities which allow achieving optimum results as Athena is the goddess of wisdom.
(position of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle with angular coordinate 60 degrees) This astrological aspect corresponds to numerological number 6 and a geometrical figure of a hexagon. Specifies interaction of heavenly bodies as a result of which actions correspond to public interests, you see numerological number 6 corresponds with the Supreme Olympic gods who possess authority above the world and have the right of settlement of public interests. Namely qualities of heavenly bodies are shown according to will of gods, and interaction can be disputed or not disputed but circumstances of actions develop according to world laws.
(Position of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle with angular coordinate 51, 4… degrees) This astrological aspect corresponds to numerological number 7 and a geometrical figure of a heptagon. Specifies interaction of heavenly bodies as a result of which circumstance of actions contradict world laws or cause the punishment, you see appropriate gods Hephaestus and Prometheus counteract laws of the world, or their affairs cause displeasure of the Supreme Olympic gods. Namely as a result of interaction of heavenly bodies there is an infringement or inconsistent comprehension of the world laws, and interaction can be disputed or not disputed but in any case results of actions are the reason of the conflict to the world.
(position of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle with angular coordinate 45 degrees) This astrological aspect corresponds to numerological number 8 and a geometrical figure of an octagon. Specifies interaction of heavenly bodies which is inspired with aspiration to an ideal and if results of actions do not correspond to an ideal then there is dissatisfaction as appropriate gods Apollo and Dionysus exist in a condition of inspired or intoxicate aspiration to an ideal. Or it is possible to tell that interaction of heavenly bodies is intoxicate but then there comes sober understanding of essence of the occurred actions which can be burdensome if results bring to mistakes and errors, or results can be correct, that depends on character of heavenly bodies.
(position of heavenly bodies within the framework of an astrological circle with angular coordinate 40 degrees) This astrological aspect corresponds to numerological number 9 and a geometrical figure of a nine-square specifies that interaction of heavenly bodies is caused by mutual reconciliation as the appropriate goddess Aphrodite has reconciliatory force of love. Namely results of actions can be correct or wrong, that depends on character of heavenly bodies, but during interaction there are no conflicts even if characters of heavenly bodies are inconsistent.
Except for the listed meanings during interaction of heavenly bodies probably display other meanings of astrological aspects which the appropriate numerological numbers and mythological gods have. For example, if interaction is caused by aspect nonagen then reconciliation of heavenly bodies can result to a turn of incorrect consequences, but nevertheless reconciliation can be more desirable rather than correct actions. Or, for example, if interaction of heavenly bodies is caused by aspect septile then as a result of conflicts to world laws there can be non-standard decisions of complex problems. The listed aspects are the basic in the astrology but except for them there are additional aspects which are geometrical harmonics of the basic aspects. Namely
aspects 72+72=144 degree, 72/2=36 degrees, 72+36=108 degrees which are harmonics of aspect quintile 72 degrees. Or aspects 60/2=30 degrees, 120+30=150 degrees which are harmonics of aspect trine 120 degrees or harmonics of aspect sextile 60 degrees. Additional aspects have own values which nevertheless correspond with values of the basic aspects. Detailed consideration of aspects of heavenly bodies is outside of a context of this site, but the submitted comparisons of numerological numbers and mythological gods with aspects of heavenly bodies allow understanding essence which aspects in the astrology have. And also the given information somewhat allows to understand metaphysical essence which geometrical figures have.

This is very informative. It gives us the relationship of numerology to astrology. But I find it on how it did happen. It seems impossible to determine. You said that accordingly aspects have properties of geometrical figures, and geometrical figures correspond with numerological numbers and consequently meanings of aspects correspond with values of numbers in numerology.
It is too deep to discern their relationship.
Last year June i had the opportunity to be in Nashville Tennessee with some friends. We went to the pantheon and on the second they had a huge sculpture of the goddess Athena. I was amazed at the grandeur.
