Till a few years ago, online money making was extremely popular and people from all over india would spend many years of their life trying to make money online. However in the last few years, large corporate using unethical methods of talent acquisition have ensured that online money making is a loss making proposition for most internet users in India. These corporate have ensured that their associates are appointed to positions of great power in the indian internet sector, which allows them to block payment, close the account of internet users in India without a legally valid reason. In most offline sectors in India, officials do not have so many discretionary powers, and if they are blocking payment without a legally valid reason, the business owner can take them to court, so most offline business owners are making more profit and pay their employees well.
These officials in the indian internet sector are ruthless in closing the account, blocking the payment of certain paypal account holders without being identified or held accountable. So often a person who has wasted hours daily providing content for some websites or advertising or any other work, will find that at the end of 10 days or a month, the money is not received in the paypal account at all despite making repeated payment requests and contacting the admin of the website. These officials are getting a monthly government salary, yet they lack humanity when they are blocking the payment of harmless hardworking indian citizens, who have wasted so much of their time, trying to make money online.
It can be extremely frustrating for a person who finds out that he or she has spent hours trying to make some money online and they have effectively worked for free. If this non payment takes place for a single website, it can be dismissed as a one time fraud, however when a person finds that his or her payment is blocked or account closed for 7-8 online money making websites, it is clear that the particular paypal account holder is being targetted and there is little the fraud victim can do to identify the official blocking payment and find out the official reason for doing so.
Few people who do not have a blog or website in India and are only providing content, are making more than $300 a month and the amount has decreased in the last few years. On the hand, offline a person who has several years experience in any offline field or even the government officials in the indian internet sector, will usually find that his or her income will increase, and they will make far more money, usually more than $1300 a month. So increasingly online money making is a part time hobby, not a source of income, at least for indian internet users.

I agree with you. one can't make a living out of online income only in india.
I think some people could be targeted but overall, Internet earning options have a problem that websites are often copycats of each other and do not have a good sustainability model. They start paying high amounts to people in between and then suddenly close shop one day.
Another addition to the list is Tsu, which announced its closure.
Well, for me it is only extra income. It is surely can't take place for my offline income in any way. You are right one should take it as hobby then serious thing like permanent income. I enjoy this stuffs that's why I try to do more and more during my free time. But it can't take place of my offline work.
