London diary promotion for chocolate and milk
Ice cream from brands now is really way too expensive, if you want to buy the cheap one, then you will taste nothing but cold ice. So what to do, the only thing to do is to buy it when there is offer to buy get one free or if the have promotions. And that what happened in our nearby store. The ice cream of London diary was buy one get one free. I do not consider that one cup of 250g ice cream is cheap nor pricey but we bought it since it’s the available one in market that has promotion and was not bad for buy one get one free, the price we paid was around 6 dollars, for both of course, it is good yes but for ice cream addict like me, its not cheap to buy it every day or every other day even. So, we bought it and went home, the deal that we bought was one chocolate and one plain milk. I like both and family like both. So we devid it into cups. It did not get enough for all of us and we are 6. I guess the London diary decreased size of the ice cream cup, old days was enough for all of us.
Since we got only these two, we had to eat less and I divided it that way. Opened in the plastic cup that has the product and took small spoons from each twice for one cup, just to mix it and make it look nice. Trying to create a design from brands.
And I have to say that this was not skimmed or so ice creams, that ice cream that with low fat, don’t have taste in it. Any way This is our choice ice cream tastes. Most of the time we but that same nice flavor , from the look of the family faces I know they liked it but they want more, same like me. there the review for the size; for family of 6 you need to buy 4 to 6 or these cups, it was, not near enough even to use two cups, any way the taste were great for both, ice cream in milk and the other chocolate were both yum, I guess I need to hunt for more promotions now and special brand

Here in the states there are almost too many choices for ice cream (perhaps one of the reasons we are a fat nation?) Now we have many low carb ice creams to meet the needs/desires of the health conscious. Halo is the current favorite. I prefer not to have any ice cream as it opens the door to over eating for me. I freeze greek yogurt, get the good food in the frozen form. Less guilt less cholesterol sugar and calories!
Hi sally and thanks for stepping by, I know your way is healthy but old wasy is is tasty lol. yogurt is good idea but how can you make it with flavor, do you freeze the flavored one? for me I am not really that much fat, because when i eat ice cream i feel that im full and with no planning i find my self skiped lunch or dinner.
