We know sticking to text books is not an easy task for students as they do not love reading their text books.
Almost all of the students consider it a heavy burden and hate text books.
Teaching becomes a difficult task for a teacher when it comes to such circumstances.
Q: What to do in such cases?
Answer is:
Motivate them and consider your job done. It will make your job easier and interesting.
What is ‘’motivation’’? What is its role in our life? Why do students need it?
Answers to these questions are very simple, and that’s why I am not going to discuss them in detail.
Anyhow a brief description goes as follows:
Motivation encourages the students. It makes them ready to work hard. It keeps them working
You can enhance the efficiency of your class by giving them a proper dose of motivation. It is a simple and easy task but the results are awesome. You will be amazed to see the improved results.
Motivation enhances efficiency but it is not that simple rather it is a tough job. Sometimes we do motivate students but results are not awesome and consequently we get depressed. As a result we stop motivating them and consider it a useless activity.
We do not need to lose heart in such cases rather we must try to find the solution to the problem. The solution is very simple and that is to administer daily doses of motivation. Do this and consider your job done.
Students need Motivation at Regular Intervals of Time:
Students need motivation on daily basis. A single dose of motivation is not sufficient rather you need to administer little doses of motivation frequently. Do not forget this precaution if you want this tip working.
Try applying this trick if you are a team leader. Your team may need motivation on daily basis. Keep giving them this very dose on time and see the results. This practice will enhance the efficiency of the team as they will start loving their work.
You will have to learn some steps on how to motivate others. You will have to intentionally use some sentences while having a discussion with your class.
You can start your lecture by uttering that very sentence. This sentence must be designed with an intention to motivate the students. You will have to search some sentences for this purpose.
Every sentence with a positive message may work for you. The sentence must convey some positive message to the students.
Now it is your duty not to forget this important task of motivating others on daily basis. I shall discuss some steps that will remind you about your task (of motivating others). Here goes a short list:
1: Gadgets will help you not to forget your job of motivating others. Make good use of your phone. Install some apps that will remind you.
2: Set a reminder in your phone so that you do not forget this task. It would be a better practice in this connection.
3: You can fix a poster or a sticker on some wall, if you are a teacher. This poster will remind you about your duty that is to motivate your students.
4: Quotations may also help you improve the things.
