A family that runs together stays together.
Of course it can be told in that way too. If you ever in the running events you can relate to my article—that lots of families join together and participate. If they reach the finish line, they cross the finish line together.
Now this is passion. It’s not only in the table now or I the church that family can bond together for stronger relationship. Running now is good way to bond together. That is a good thing to do. And its lovely when you see them together. The father and the mother are in holding hands with their children and enjoying the great time together.
It’s not the winning that matter—it will never be. Because you cannot speed with you are running with your 5 year old kid. Or with your chubby hubby. If you want to win the race, run alone. Run without the distraction of your kid. Run with focus and do not enjoy the route but find your speed and endurance.
Running with my family is what I did these past few days. Last month I biked with my wife and we really enjoyed. The other day I was with my third kid and we did a 3 kilometer stretch up to the beach. This morning, one other kid was added in my company. Two kids and me. Another 3 kilometer stretch. Same route up to the beach.
We wake up in the morning not so early. Maybe 5 AM. We started the run at 530AM. It was never a fast pace. It was a slow pacing for the sake of my children. When we arrived at the port we did some exercise again like pushups and stretching.
The next day, it will be with my youngest kid, Lian—5 years old. She is so persistent to come. I’m out of reason so the next day she will be with me.

Really a good idea, running with our family. This type of running and taking exercise, inculcates the habit in our children. when we join them in this way they start taking interest in having daily exercise which is very important for our health. In case we send them our alone they might not take that much interest in it.

It cannot be denied that a family can always be together no matter what. That's the pride of being a Filipino. The culture is so distinct and other foreign people loved to have in their family culture.
I think family means, a group consisting of two parents and their children living together as a unit.

The traditional family consists of a father, mother and children. This is the family shown on television as the standard family. However, the 21st century showcases a variety of family units, some very different from the standard of the 1950s.
Today, children are also often raised in single parent homes, by grandparents or by homosexual parents. Some families opt to have no children, or cannot have children due to some medical or emotional barrier. The idea that parents and children make a family is a basic definition; however, in order to accurately acknowledge other family structures, a broader definition is necessary.
In addition to a more universal family definition, there are also plenty of people who consider a group of friends to be family, and adults who consider pets as defining members of the family unit.
