Is this the first time to lose weight? Plan on losing weight like you want to lose five or seven kilos.

Your plan is simple. At least for about two to three days write what and when you eat. If you eat regularly and want to lose weight, decrease their portion to 20% of calories. For example: For breakfast, put on one slice of cheese or ham less. Snacks instead of banana (candy), put orange (less sweet). For lunch eat a whole instead of only half and so continue until the evening. Write what you eat during weight loss. You will know to evaluate whether you have managed to reduce calorie intake. If you drink at least two liters of fluid a day, then after a month, you would have lost two kilos weight without any problems. And because of weight loss, you need not have to worry.
