Do You Know Your Zodiac In The Chinese Calendar?

Just for fun, do you know yours?

I myself do not look at horoscopes to “know the future”….but I have noticed that sometimes the personality of people matches their star sign. I have always liked how the Chinese have categorized their Zodiacs on the year that someone might be born. Mine is Dragon, since I was born in 1988. Here are some general characteristics of the signs. All of them have their own unique abilities.

Rat- They are honest and generous. Their lifestyle and thoughts hold steady over time. You have the ability to look past the initial phases and focus on the possibilities of the future.

Ox- Good leaders and conservative in nature. You are built so you can endure and succeed. You feel for others with great force.

Tiger- Strong and stable. You hold a lot inside. You seek out new experiences. You care capable of impressive feats from time to time.

Hare– Ambitious and calm nature. You offer advice to others but never force it on them. You can hold steady even in chaos as long as you know you have a plan.

Dragon- Brave and intense. You have an enlightened view of how the world works. You have strong morals and justice and can see deceit in others.

Snake– Quite and wise. You place a lot of value on your own experiences. People can’t take advantage of you without your knowledge.

Horse– Popular and good natured. Your are very flexible and listen to what other people have to say. You always try to not start up any unnecessary trouble.

Ram- Elegant, Artistic and Shy. You do not like sudden changes. People who go along with you will enjoy a unhindered and smooth ride over the many problems of life.

Monkey- Clever and inventive. If something is exciting, you are likely to act upon it and see what happens. You represent the younger way of life.

Rooster-Dress well and dislike boredom. You are guided by your instinct. You do not dwell on worries and your respect is steadily gained.

Dog- Loyal, honest and do well with people. You find it difficult to share your thoughts with people. You place more importance on the basic aspects of a human life.

Pig– Reliable and sincere. You do well alone and in company. You will tend to have a more satisfying experience in life.

Again, I would like to repeat that this is just for the fun of it, you as a person are capable of anything you want to be.

    • Aha,When I found out that my zodiac sign in Chinese was horse I was very interested to know why... Then I started searching for what's in it. I was shocked when it defines the way I'm acting maybe it is not on purpose but sometimes you are really correct that it will often match. It is fun to know what kind of animal the Chinese people believe that each person is connected. This is fun. Thank you I have a Zodiac great definition here.
