Sometime in 2011, I have written an article and cited some generic possible solutions to get rid of corruptions in the country Philippines. It is a shameful fact to name the country as one of the corrupt nations in the world. But we don’t know how they get that data. Well, we have to practically examine their methodology of coming up with such rating.
Anyway, we all know that corruptions may take various forms. I once wrote that eradicating corruptions are next to impossible especially when the culprits are “rich, wealthy and powerful”. The government is trying her best to preventing them from spreading like a wildfire which is a bit difficult, but it may seem possible.
The people who believe with the Philippine President Noynoy Aquino claim that he is going on a right track to fight corruptions as what his election battle cry campaign, “Kung walang corruption. Walang mahirap” (If there is no corruption. There is no poor) so declares. Those people who put him on the reign of the country chief executive for that reasons. That is what the electorate wanted him to do give the country’s a good image to her allies and other countries.
The Filipino see the witnesses coming out one by one. These conscience-bothered Filipinos courageously take their stance in public and tell the truth even though their lives are endangered. We do appreciate their bravery for the sake of our country’s image.
We do believe that it takes a thief to catch a thief. And this is really happening in our country. Those whistle-blowers, truth-tellers are in the recent hullabaloo in Armed Forces of the Philippines have the guts to come out in the open. We are not hinting them they are the accomplices for we don’t have the evidence to claim that they are.
The people are fully assured of remedying the getting rid of corruption. The Catholics for example, are apt to have the “solutions” to deter corruptions to vastly grow in their own way. And they have done an activity like “Human chain” to dramatize the nuns and priest claim strong message against the corruption taken place in the AFP.
What they have more is a “renewed unity for a quest for truth, accountability, and justice.” They have to “hang banners” with statements of solidarity to publicly manifest support for truth-tellers. The people are too enthusiastic about this move.
Another one that may be working well and good is “Christian conscience.” In this approach, the students are informed and properly educated academically on corruption so that they could be in the situation to be “in truth, [with] integrity and courage.” This has given a big hope to everyone.
Are these courageous Filipinos are being supported? Yes, they do The Catholics are doing their assignment to support these whistle-blowers who dare to speak the truth and are not afraid to come out in the open to save the agency, the innocent from injustice, and the country from shame.
After 5 years, with such crusade by the conscientious Filipino, has something happened? President Noynoy Aquino is tagged with a very poor performance as far as the curbing of corruption in the government is concerned. Now, the newly elected President Duterte takes the reign of the government getting of corruptions is his top business to do while assuming his office after the June 30 inauguration. So be it.

Good read, Corruption is definitely one of the hardest things to rid within governmental systems. With that being said I believe since we live in a very informatic age it definitely makes a lot harder for those behind corruption within government To keep their wrong doings behind close doors!!
Thanks for the praise. Ever since the world began and even in the grand council in heaven as what the Bible says, corruption is already there. Imagine one-third of the hosts of heaven joined the force of the Son of Perdition, while the two-thirds joined and supported Jesus to save mankind for the glory of God.
To admit reality, we could sense how corruption is being practiced in our own respective homes, but we never ever went against it for we do respect our parents and we know they're for our welfare in the future. I have a personal experience for that. I was hurt for that and I told my children the unfairness which their grandfather did to me, but I told them it is a perfect great lesson for me on how to own family according to the "nurture and admonition of the Lord."
