business phone calls when they call they should keep live people on the phone

Last night I was looking for insurance rates for my food cart business . So today I got a phone call form a insurance company .It a very bad way to sell. What did they do? first they call told me who they were so I know it was not one of those scam calls. Here what they did the person on the phone forward or transfer me to other line but here the problem I got voice messages not a live person . I gave it 15 minutes since I do need this kind of insurance. I say if a business is going to call me have people standing by live or they will not make a sale I am ready to buy . So the person on the phone is not going to make any money from calling me today. But at least I know were that insurance office is in my town . Now I know they might have the insurance I need so I will stop by and ask for rates and cost of their business insurance I need for my food cart business.I use to do calling for insurance and I know people want live right a way or no one makes money. So today when I get done with some other business work I will look for rates from a few insurance offices in my town. If some one call you up from some thing you ask for then put you on hold are you going to stay on the phone no matter how long it takes? most likely no .Like me you might give them a few minutes to have some other person aswner the phone but not for that long. This why I did not stay on the phone for this insurance company I was in middle of doing some other work . My other work is finding when I have to file sale tax return So I get it done it time . even if I do not own any sale tax I still have to file a sale tax report this is not a joke. When I live in Florida it was the same deal. So now I am trying to me business like and get ready to make money Ok that it for this one today have a nice one.
