The extreme turbulence caused by anger destroys the mental as well as physical health and well-being of the individual. We get work done at the cost of damage to our physical, mental and spiritual health. Every time we stoke the fire of anger, these chemicals get secreted, and instead of finding ways to undo their damage, we swamp our system with more doses of these obnoxious chemicals which eventually turn out to be disastrous to our long term health. This means that every time we use anger, our internal power actually diminishes.  But thanks to the temporary sense of power, we keep using it again and again. This is a vicious cycle and continues to go on and on. In the long run, our power keeps going down and further downwards.

With every diminution of power, the NEED to dominate others is increased, as this appears to bring back a sense of power. This makes use of more anger and further reduction of power and loss of health. Since there is loss of control on our self, our thoughts, our words and our actions, the NEED to control others is felt badly more and more. With increased need to control others, we invite another extremely damaging mental state i.e. INSECURITY. That way anger, dominance and insecurity keeps increasing its influence and duration and it becomes our way of life leaving behind a diseased body, mind and disturbed or destroyed relationships all around.

    • Actually, anger induces fear and anxiety in others. We do not reform them, but force them to get the desired work done. This hits back.
