Lose weight with interesting food trick can be more entertaining and extra easier on your mental balance than torturing foodless days and lots of exercise. You will still need to exercise no matter what, so at least you can help yourself a bit on the flavor department.

We trained our brains to accept textures and flavors of the particular food we find exceptionally gratifying and tasty, so we can do the same thing to trick it into believing it is getting absolutely the same thing.

Artificial flavors are the last resort if you are used to the certain food, but not to over do it, because you can hurt your health. Definately stay away from the sugars and sodas, there is nothing you can do there.

Ok, I admit to you that you can’t lose any weight if you are unhappy and if you know that everything you will be chewing is green salad for months and pure water the same. It takes all the fun away from the culinary sweetness and from the life itself. I can’t even imagine how much suffering it will cause just before but also during the ongoing summer vacations if you can’t fit into a costume or a swimming suite but you were starving yourself for the weeks without end.

Sorbet

When I first heard about this word, I thought of it like something new mystic and must be special thing. Then when I Google over that word I found out it is only a fruity mess. The good thing about this is that you can make it all on your own, and then stuff it inside of your refrigerator for the time it freezes up and you will have a brilliant substitute to any ice cream flavor you like. In case you hate it just put drops of vanilla and voila, your fruit delight is there.

Smoothies

 

Another things that goes under same category like the frozen sorbet but without freezing in the refrigerator are all the smoothies. The smoothies are easy to make and do not require any cooking. Just take whatever you like to eat from fruit and pass it through the blender. Do not use store bought smoothies because they are loaded with sugars and additives, to sell of course. They will maybe taste better, but they will give you much more calories. For the maximum effect you can add more water.

Anything from your garden

There is not much wisdom in this; the best thing you can do for your health and slim your figure is to crawl in your grandmother’s garden and neatly gnaw everything that grows to its roots. The fresh vegetables are the best way to deal with the constant growling stomach who is begging for the attention.

Fruit pops

You can make these at home if you buy those little sweet plastic wraps or shapes specially made for that purpose. The same you can use the wasted yoghurt cups, fill them with water and flavored liquid or some kind, freeze it and in the very soon future suffocate your flavor thirst with the delicious treat.
Don’t chew on ice. It is not good for teeth.

I don’t know about you, but the pasta in any form is like a queen of every fat gaining nightmare. Whenever I see pasta in the recipe, whatever it is, I tend to avoid it- unless I plan to stuff myself till my eyeballs.
But there is one modification that is smart to do in this case. Instead of white pasta use a full grain made pasta and use much more vegetables with it. Instead of vegetable oil use more olive oil and if possible sprinkle it with some lemon juice to add up more vitamin C.

Burgers with no buns

Can I hear one bug yuck for this recipe ! I can not comprehend how it is possible that a person would eat anything like this without a trace of bread. I know that some meat obsessed freaks will go through the torture of this nature but I would definitely not. I need buns in this recipe. Any kind of bread thank you!
But! INstead of going bun-naked on your burger or favorite cheeseburger we can always use the mushroom top caps to substitute an enormous quantity of carbs constituted in one single burger bun.

Corn on the cob

Everybody’s favorite special dish is not my favorite. I am visually allergic on the corn in any form. If I find it cooked in my meal or in the restaurant salad – I think they toss it in the french salad in some places – I will definitely return my salad and order me something else to eat.
But, corn in this way is a great way to get all the fibers, taste and go calory low. Starch in corn is not so carb packed like my beloved burger bun.

Berries

If there is something I love more than buns, that will be berries. If they were more expensive, I will end up in bankruptcy. That and pumpkin seeds.
They give less sugar and more fibers than marmalade or jelly, but they are great source of vitamins and minerals. You can mix them with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese and high-fiber cereals.

Watermelon

The watermelon will luxuriously provide all the flavor and fun without adding anything but essentially water to your diet. Watermelon is beneficial because of the huge level of water but also because it can calm your senses when you go crazy over your diet.
We can also eat more watermelon than other fruits because it lacks in calories, so this is another great benefit.

Banana dessert

Banana mix is not yet another internet trick but a food that is well accepted like a dietary supplement for the skinny diet.
This can add up with some peanuts, some chocolate ( no sugar one), even honey if you must. But the bananas are sweet by itself so we will not need an additional sweeteners.

Water with something

Water is must in any diet. If you notice what ever you read of losing weight ( but even gaining weight too) it is essential that you drink enough water to keep your body and processes within it running. No water – no normal function. Dehydration is dangerous, remember it.
The experts claim that we have to take at least 8 glasses of water a day, so we should take it for granted.
If water doesn’t make you feel especially good – put some flavor in it. Escape to the bad habit of sugar loaded lemonade and use fresh mint leaves and lime instead. You can always freeze some fruit and add it to the water to have it as a fun after meal.
