Often we are being told that we have to be positive in our life. And we don’t know what could be the reason for that. We constantly try to do things which are not as per the saying. We try to make that saying wrong. We try to change the way the existing positive quotes and sayings hold. And we try to push and build ourselves based on the things we think are meant to be there. That being said, positive emotions are going to be around and people will prefer them over the negative thoughts. So it all comes down to how we establish ourselves despite all the negativity around us.
Mind is very important place we have in our body. And it can create various type of thoughts around us. We can say some of those thoughts are positive. And some of the time we can say that those thoughts are negative. It all depends on the mind if it is designed to be good or bad. So it all requires some training. And we have to train our mind to be active and receptive to positive thoughts. What our mind thinks before going to sleep decides the positive for rest of the day. That can be one effect that we have to learn as we go ahead in our life.
Positive emotions are known to nullify the effect of negative emotion. For example, when the mind says that this can’t be done. That is one negative emotion. And the positive emotion is going to take effect on our mind. So this way the mind is nullifying the emotional effect of those things. It all comes down to the way we think there are going to be coping. I think the coping is not easy when you have the negative emotions for yourself. So positive is the way to go. You have to force your mind to think of thinking in more positive ways. That’s something we never consider either.
Being positive and thinking about positive future is the way to go. You can be positive and happy. Or you can be negative and unhappy. It all depends on how you view things to be. Also some of the time positive and negative life is about perspective. You can learn that as you go ahead with your lifestyle. You should however understand that positive lifestyle requires practice. And breaking that practice means we invite the negative lifestyle back. So you have to also be persistent with the positive. You should consider that being positive is an everyday effort. And that’s something you should do everyday.
Many people ignore the idea of being positive. They want immediate results. However mind is like a muscle. You have to constantly train it to be positive. If you work on that way you’d develop it to think positive. Many people just attempt to be positive but in reality they are just pushing themselves hard. Simply be positive in terms of small thoughts. Just think one small thought at a time. And then take yourself over the basic thought to be avoiding the negative.
