overweight vs slender is it really worth it?

don understand why we bash each-other , when at the end of the day we are all insecure about something, there is no standard in beauty, we all see everything differently, but the media keeps pushing down what they think is considered beautiful down our throat, and the trends that are in now will not last forever, so is it really worth it? why try hard to be something else when we will still be judged either way? shouldn’t the point in it be to have a healthy life no matter where on the spectrum your weight falls on?we all unique in our own way ,, there can never a copy of who we are ,,,,all our generation see’s is how to be perfect, not realizing that there is no thing, leading to disappointment and low self confidence, with that being said, you are you , so be who you are because no one else can do it for you  ,you only get one life , there is no point in wasting trying to perfect yourself in  a non perfect world, don’t let society tell you who to be or how to look, when you take away the surface that is where the true beauty begins, it also can not start with someone else , relying on someone to make you feel beautiful is like filling up a bottomless pool,, you think the love(water) is a lot because it keeps pouring, but the pool (your self esteem) will never get full, leaving an empty void , all we do is be ourselves and live , the brain and heart is where the beauty begins, once you take away the surface is when you will the true beauty of a person

tell you self in the mirror that you are beautiful

    • I think the most important thing for a person to consider is to keep fit. For some reason, some people think that being fat or slim is healthy. We can't be sure of that. It depends on what kind of lifestyle they are in.
