Vitamin B Complex Is Good For Your Body

They are safe and so nutritious.

Other sources for Vitamin B12 are as follows: sardines, salmon, tuna, cod, lamb, scallops, shrimp, beef, and yogurt.

Vitamin B12 from meat is found out from researchers abroad as having its natural way to stay longer in your body unlike bananas where you have to cook and eat daily. But do not forget, banana contains many nutrients that protect your body from constipation. It contains lots of fiber and Vitamin C good for your hair and skin, plus strengthens your immune system to guard against sicknesses like cough and cold.

    • I agree. It is a natural way to have Vitamin B12 by just eating bananas. That's the reason why I always see to it that the house should have such fruit. If we religiously eating bananas, our nerves will work functionally. We don't want to feel tingling sensation because of nerve impingement.

    • @Shavkat, hi friend?make sure that the bananas you have there in your home are unripe, the one made into banana cue, not the other one that is eaten right away when color is so yellow. Though there are other related nutrients to it,but the unripe are the best source to guard our body from being contaminated with that bad mosquito .

      Mushrooms are also having Vitamin B12, But this kind is only seen during August when there s always lightning and thunder, products of them mushrooms hehehhe.By the way, you can buy dried mushrooms in malls n wet market. If you have Gaisano mall in your city, there are plenty sold there in wet market. Meat contains high Vitamin B12 like beef, not mentioned pork hahaha.Porky full of fats, bad for the body.

    • I didn't know that the banana that we cook when eaten raw is good for B12 vitamins. I am not sure I am getting enough of the B1612 vitamins so I take the supplement instead.

    • @Dina, You need to cook the unripe bananas my friend hehehe.E very weekend, I buy at least 40 pieces of unripe bananas , the smaller one yet very solid and already mature bananas. Sometimes they turned ripe in the morning,hehehehe.
