We all to have fruits and fruits are another one of many blessing to us from the almighty God. Seriously God has blessed us with many things and we never thank it from its blessings.
Fruits are a very important thing in our diets as it’s so nutritious and full of all the required minerals and Vitamins as well. As an India we have access to almost every type of Fruit here and we are blessed with so many of them.
I am not much of a fruit lover but I do try to have some fruits probably not on daily basis but at some time for sure.
My favorite fruit is the King of fruits as called Mango, it’s so lovely and sweet and tasty and that’s the main reason that it is so much loved by all age groups and mostly by kids as kids love to have sweet things like candies and all and Mango is very Good for health as well, people make Mango pickles as well and who can forgot the mango shake or Mango milk shake that we all make in our homes and enjoy them and also buy from outside as well. Fresh dates and apples are also very useful, And it is said rightly that “one apple a day keeps the doctor away” means if we have a apple on daily basis, as apple is so good for health, it will increase our immunity and health as well and will help us not to visit the doctors, And health is wealth. Even if we have to spend some extra money on buying Good fruits we should buy them as Natural fruits provide many befits rather than having multivitamins in the form of tablets only, which is surely unhealthy and can also cause many types of side effects. So the moral of the story is we should try to have fruits on daily basis. We can easily have a Apple on daily basis and we can switch from one fruit to another as it helps us in feeling energized as well.

I love mango too, specially the ripe ones.
I used to like my mango a bit raw when I was still in my 20's. I would dip it in a shrimp paste sauteed with slices of Thai chili and some vinegar. But since I gave birth it seems I don't want my mango to be raw but ripe. I can eat 5 4 big mangoes in one eating. Although, now that I am older and our family has a history of diabetes like my father, I control eating ripe mangoes. I only eat 3 big ripe ones.
As to apple, it is what I eat when I feel like dieting. It' what I eat at night for dinner. So far, I can say that it really helps in making my tummy flatter. And I can also feel that my immune system indeed is strengthened because even if my officemates are with cough and colds I don't get contaminated.
Overall, I like fruits so much, except for kiwi. If only fruits such as grapes are cheap, I surely would always have it in my diet.
