Ginger is so famous and almost everyone has tasted this veggie. It has many uses and the uses depend on you. Maybe what’s on your mind is the taste of the ginger without knowing is it important to your health. At home, for example, we always stock ginger. I bought 1 kilo of ginger once a week. We consume more ginger every day. We add it to fish, beef stew, veggie salad, and sea foods. The reason behind it especially on my case, always tired after work, the way that stops my feeling exhaustive is to eat ginger. I eat raw ginger with ripe tomatoes and sauce. I just clean, slice and eat it raw. What I notice is, I feel active and never feel tired again. Ginger is also called a miracle veggie. You can plant this in your yard.

I would also like to share you other benefits of ginger so , the more you like to buy and include it in your foods.
First, if you feel hungry, try to eat a little slice of ginger before your meal to back up your hunger. Why? It is simply because it inspires your appetite to eat, and could easily activate your digestive juices.

Next, ginger stops a runny nose. It has its own micro circulatory channel that helps clear your nose and sinus, in case you have it. It absorbs the essential nutrients to your body thereby, transforming your health to a more active again if always feeling weak and tired.     • I always have ginger during lunch and dinner. I feel active when eat this veggie. If having runny nose, I just pour hot water to small amount of ginger onto mg and f ready to drink, I drink it and cough, goodbye.This herb has been long time ago, When my parents were still alive, they just eat raw ginger I inherited form them this habit of eating raw ginger with ripe or unripe tomatoes with sauce.

      I am so proud to tell you that I never cough and sneeze because I am protected with the active enzymes of ginger. Why not try?
