all the people kid and adult love sweets, come love it more than others and some eat it more than others, we dont eat it when there is party only but also in a normal day we eat it alot, we cant resist it though twe know its haring our body by adding more weight and your heart has to do more work to pump your blood with fatty sweets since those fatty will buld up in your artieries, which make your blood pressure high too.
almost lbig and small know these fats but do you stp eating sweets, i guess not, why, its addition, that is the reason we dont stop eating it alot. its also make you happy since they increase the happy hormone in you brain. so why you stop being happy? never, so what to do
let us hope that they will find sweet that dont affect our body or harm our life. and let me tell you that the coca diet is not real, the replacement of the sugar is worse, yea there is zero sugar but the glue they used to replace sugar has lots of calories, so they fools you saying no calreis.
the only thing that is sweet and dont harm your body s the sugar pipes. and sweet potato , of course that is fi you eat them in proper amount, dont eat kilo every day and say you gain weight, not sure why they must have been super active people to get something like that result
finally if you know of healthy food let us know, sweet is vital to us and we cant do work or have really good fuel with no food or sweet

My father is diabetic, so I am careful in eating sweets because eating too much of it can cause diabetes.
I also cut my portion in eating rice. At night, I sometimes would just eat an apple for dinner. I exercise on weekends since on weekdays, I am already tired from working the whole day. I eat fruits and vegetables and fish.
Actually by doing that, not only I am avoiding myself from getting diabetes, but I also avoid myself from getting fat.
Eating too much sweets can be dangerous, it can lead to diabetes. Even sweet fruits are not adviseable for people who are diabetic. Som artificial sweeteners are also bad for health, according to some research; the best are natural sweeteners like stevia.
