Sometimes Advocating for Self is Best

No one should have to tolerate or accept any type of bullying or harassment.  Sometimes people become comfortable with doing things a certain way because they’ve been doing those things for so long. Bullying is something that needs to be addressed. It’s not a subject that many want to tackle but it should have more attention then it receives. There’s so many victims and not enough advocates addressing the issues. Sometimes a person as to be their own “advocate.” If not then the issues will continue to grow and they’ll grow larger.

Usually bullies will target those who they perceive as being weak. Usually it’s the quiet type that are targeted. That’s why it’s important that those who are bullied speak up. Remaining silent could help the bullying increase. Insecure people will use bullying tactics in order to get their victim or victims to stop doing whatever it is they’re insecure about them doing. They’ll try different tactics to see which are effective. Sometimes bullies are very determined to have things their way. They’ll keep targeting their victim or victims.

They may monitor they’re the person or persons so that they’ll know which way to go next. No one should have to put up with bullies whether it’s large groups of people or it’s a smaller group. Bullies are fearful people who think that bullying will gain the results that they’re after. Advocate for not only yourselves but others. Never tolerate bullying behavior.

    • Wherever we go, bullies do exist. The best thing to stop this act is to implement strict rules and things to be done for them. The question is, how?
