Six things to remember if you are trying to loose weight

loosing weight and getting a trim body can be challenging if our mind is not well prepared for it.There are few factors which can spoil all our efforts.

1-Do not have money or time for gym ? No need to worry- there are so many ways to train your body at home and it will take only few minutes from your day. A number of DVD available in the market and internet ,just choose one which suits your age ,health condition and interest.walking ,running and playing outdoor games are also good options.

2-Choose your food wisely-Choice of food plays a big role in weight management.Our body needs all the proteins,vitamins,carbs and minerals,antioxidants etc.So plan your meal in the way that you get all these things in your food. Always remember that portion control is must .

3-Water -Drink a lots of water.It helps our body in so many ways -to get rid of toxin from body,keeps our metabolism high,moisture our hair and skin and help to loose weight.We can always  add some flavor to our water by using lemon ,lime or any other fruit.

4-Sleep- A good night sleep is essential for weight management. when we sleep our body recover itself.Sleep deprivation effect our body’s insulin sensitivity resulting in more fat gain.

5- Relax -This is the most important point .In order to loose weight we must learn to relax.Stress is the worst enemy of body ,mind and heart.Cortisol is the stress hormone,whenever we are stressed ,we receive high levels of cortisol in our bloodstream which result in many health problems.Weight gain is also one of them.We can regulate our cortisol level by de stressing. Mediation, yoga,walking can help.

6-Forgive-Forgive yourself for mistakes you have made,forget the past and forgive those who did wrong to you in past.It will bring peace in your heart.Do not stress over everything happening around you.When we are relaxed our body respond in positive way which help us to loose weight.

Have you missed your workout or you eat something full of calorie ,RELAX  ,what is going to effect you is what you do on a regular basis not once in a while.
