Plan the tasks and make your day more productive.

I do not have time – it is often heard excuse for any problem. However, we always have the same amount of time, but not always are able to use it effectively. The ability to plan your time does not mean the wish all the work as much as possible to fit into one day. It is time to spend with important people. This is the willingness to look at things easier, to do the works faster and experience less stress.

First accomplish the most important tasks. This is a golden time scheduling rule. Every day, set two or three tasks that are most significant, and immediately begin to do them. Do not direct your attention to details, they take away very long time of yours. When you have completed most important day works, the day will be a success. You can continue with other tasks or to leave them for the next day, because the most important you have already performed.

Focus on one job. Close all unnecessary browser windows. Place the phone aside, turn off its sound, that you would not see and not hear it. Find a quiet place and concentrate on the task. Nothing around you should interfere.

Start to do the work in advance. Often we are tormented by desire to put off work for later time. They look easy, anyway, sooner or later we finish them, so why not to do them later? Rid of permanent evasive. Start work to do in advance, because it causes less stress. It is not so difficult, if you focus all the thoughts to a specific target.

Count the time you spend online. Time, which you waste browsing social networks, is one of the biggest productivity problems. Keep track of how much time you spend on this activity. When you see how it sucks your time, you will rare come there.

Set a time limit to complete a task. Instead of sitting at one work and thinking when it will be finally finished, decide to spend on it concrete time interval. The definition of time will help you concentrate and work more efficiently.  Although sometimes you cannot make everything complete, you could return to it later.

Organize tasks. Instead of performing tasks in any order, assign them to each other and do consistently. Different tasks require different ways of thinking, so it is important to let your thoughts revolve around one topic, rather than direct them in another direction and then try to go back.

Take breaks between works. When we rush from task to task, we find it hard to maintain focus and motivation. Allow yourself to relax between works. Go for a short to get some fresh air, take a walk, meditate or do some thoughts cleaning exercise.

Remember that quality of accomplished works always is more important than quantity of them. Our everyday is overloaded with information. When we learn to accept only what is important and deserves our time we can concentrate only on the important tasks. Better do less work, but having value, than many meaningless works.
