Parents Should be Wary When Children Sleep Snoring

Snoring is not only done by adults, but children as well. Snoring is a condition that emit sound when someone is sleeping.

Try to note when your child is sleeping, does your child snore? Do not underestimate if your child snore because it could be a sign of a serious condition.

What causes snoring?

The sound of snoring coming from the vibrations of the tissue that lines the upper airway. When you sleep, the muscles are experiencing relaxation can constrict airways, causing air turbulence and causes the soft tissues in the throat vibrate. If you sleep on your back, your tongue can fall back and cause narrowing of the airways so that you will snore.

In most people, snoring can be caused by various factors. Some of the factors that can cause a person to snore, among others:
