The reality is that we’ll be exposed to negativity and sometimes we’ll be negative but there has to be a balance. No one should want to be exposed to consistent negativity. If one expects to “grow” then they’ll have to find ways to “overcome” those negative areas in their lives. A great start would be to remove negative people out of our lives or at least spending less time with the negatives. There has to be room for some goodness and positivity. If not then we’ll have difficulties getting ahead.
Some have faced the unfortunate experiences that have created a dysfunctional mindset due to being overly exposed to negativity. For those who have been exposed to too much negativity and harsh environments should find ways to alleviate some of the negativity. Of course it isn’t always easy to do but we should keep trying to find ways so that we’re not consumed by those negative events. Finding a corner to experience some meditation could help remove some of the chaos. A more positive environment will create better living. One will feel healthier by being surrounded by positive people and those filled with hope.
No one has to be exposed to environments that are damaging to their minds and their health all of the time. That’s why so many people prefer to concentrate on reading. Reading is a great escape from all of the chaotic experiences that can take place in the world and in our communities. There’s a lot of positivity around even when it appears that there’s very little. Sometimes it’s the people who we’re surrounded by. Finding connections that will be uplifting is a great way to develop a more positive attitude. The more we’re exposed to positivity the better.
One can accomplish more if they’re surrounded by those who are happy with their lives and no problem uplifting others. Being with people who have giving hearts and are seeking to live better will help change our thinking and environment. Too many people have become irritable because they’re constantly exposed to negative environments and negative people.
Sometimes we’ll have to ignore those who refuse to be positive in some way. Those who will constantly try to invade our minds and place doubt within. People who constantly do that aren’t ones we should have in our lives. For those who can encourage others are the ones we should want to be surrounded by. It’s up to all of us whether we want to be surrounded by and it’s best to choose the right connections then those who will constantly tear others apart.

It is not how much we have but what we make of what we have is the route to happiness. When this norm is adopted negativity flies out of the window.
Negativity should be pushed away to our vocabularies. It doesn't create good vibes in our lives. If someone continued to manifest such negativity, then we need to pull away ourselves from him or her. It will drain good energy and will fall into depression in some cases.
