One of Reasons Behind Brexit

There is a basis for Brexit; that is the exit of Great Britain from the European Union.  There is a reason why those in England do not want to take any more refugees.

Thirteen different terrorist attacks have been stopped.    Thirteen.

The government has released the information that over the past four years, thirteen different terror attacks in the United Kingdom were foiled by the Security forces.   Thirteen were foiled, but there are Five Hundred investigations going on.

That Great Britain is a target for terrorists is not unknown. And people in England are quite alert about the possibility of danger. The public has been instrumental in stopping at least five of these attacks.

The Police have been working to alert the public, so that they become aware about suspicious activity, such as a change in the behaviour of an individual.

Sometimes, it is the information received from members of the public which has provoked the investigation of a previously ignored terrorist.

Other times, the information arrives when the investigation is already underway corroborates or adds to what the police already know.

Many of the terrorists or potential terrorists are using encrypted communication methods, putting out propaganda and using sophisticated methods of violence.

The government has set up Hot Lines and over twenty two thousand anti-terrorism  calls have been received since March 2016. Arrests are being made at one a day on average since 2014.

The threat of terrorism in the United Kingdom is currently classed as “severe”. This means an attack is highly likely. It is one level below “critical”, which would mean an attack is imminent.

The withdrawal of Britain from the European Union, as I have said and written before, is due to the ‘demand’  that the United Kingdom accept more refugees.

The fear of terrorism is not imaginary.   England is not panicking for no reason.
