Hello everyone, my name is Anitah I would like to write about mentor-ship. I know there are many young people out here who feel being mentored is a good thing and there are others who feel it is a total waste of time. but I can assure you that it is not a waste of time.
There are children out there who really need someone to just talk to them and tell them that they can be able to achieve whatever they want in life, and that life or success isn’t just for the privileged. In the picture that I have shared it shows me in one of the most remote areas where very few people have access to electricity and internet, so we were there to teach them about internet and also install satellite dishes that could help them access information on the net. the kids were so excited about this and the fact that we even had a van that ferried us there was quite a stir for them. then their teachers and other elders were astonished to see that a girl would also do the kind of work that I was doing assembling the dishes and being able to get the satellite direction it just amazed them and I was so humbled to be part of that moment. in spite of the challenges that we had we were still able to instill some hope in those kids and that was our main goal. So if you are privileged to have things in this world take an initiative go out to the villages and teach something it will change you and at the same time it will leave a great impact on the people you will leave behind.

Mentor ship is most important for all teens in modern age because green minds cannot know what is the benefits of something and what are it demerits. It is most important since early because teen age is the best part to use birth energy with full force.
Mentor ship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The mentor may be older or younger than the person being mentored, but she or he must have a certain area of expertise.
It's understandable that you might think mentoring and coaching are similar or even the same thing. But they're not. Both warrant consideration in the workplace. Here are five differentiators that we think are important.
A coach can successfully be involved with a coachee for a short period of time, maybe even just a few sessions. The coaching lasts for as long as is needed, depending on the purpose of the coaching relationship.
It seeks to provide a safe environment where the mentoree shares whatever issues affect his or her professional and personal success. Although specific learning goals or competencies may be used as a basis for creating the relationship, its focus goes beyond these areas to include things, such as work/life balance, self-confidence, self-perception, and how the personal influences the professional.
Mentoring, to be successful, requires time in which both partners can learn about one another and build a climate of trust that creates an environment in which the mentoree can feel secure in sharing the real issues that impact his or her success. Successful mentoring relationships last nine months to a year.
Mentorship is the best thing to have for people who want to learn some soft skills.
It would not be effective if the listener don't listen.
There are times that some people cannot accept their flaws.
Thus, they don't accept the mentorship per se.
But then, it would be more effective if the mentor is well-equipped.
