These days I am working harder to get some sleep. I want to change my sleep pattern. And I also want to make sure that I am getting peaceful sleep. So there is something I have to do in order for changing the routine. I came across some of the apps on Android that allows me to listen to sleep sounds. And for that I have installed few of the apps that suits my use case. So in this post I am going to do some short reviews for these apps. I am sure for those who are struggling with sleep issues may find my post useful. And you can try some of those apps for your own use cases.
Maya Mindful Sounds
I have downloaded this app for listening to specific frequency sounds. It has three types of sound – meditation, healing and relaxing sounds. The meditation sounds are basically Tibetan bowl and the Corinthian bells. And those are some nice set of sounds. In case of healing, it has few waves specific to the frequencies. I think these frequencies are worth listening to when you are under depression. And then there is also nature sounds that you can check out which are good before sleeping. I have tried some of those sounds and for me the app worked just fine. I think you should definitely try the app.
Calm
This is another app that has both website and the android app. They also have the paid subscription program. But the free usage of the app itself is good too. I think some of the nature sounds with the background is good too. I have personally loved the jungle sounds. There is also set of nature and the rain sounds. I think for those who are into meditation can make use of this app. There are also the options for the session. I have found that session option much better for the use. I think paid subscription is out of my reach as of now but maybe I may try that in future and notify about it.
So far these two are my apps for the regular use. I wonder how to make use of the app for better sleep pattern, that’s something I would cver in future post.

I thank God i do not have problem wit h my sleeping pattern yet, i sleep soundly without opening an eye the whole night so i don't need any apps to be able to sleep soundly. But come to think of it how can you sleep soundly under the influence of sound and music. i find it rather hard to sleep when the is noise in my environment. when i sleep and i hear the slightest noise, i am force to woke up but even with that i can still go back to sleep so easily. Anyway that app can only be for those struggling with sleep.
