Have you also experienced like this feeling when someone looks at you with a look that almost melts you? LOL. This does not only happen to me during my teen age days, but even after college when I already started working. The worst thing was, it was a married man who looked at me as if he wanted to devour me, LOL. At first, I felt my heart trembling in fear and wanting some rescue from my friends. I met that guy when I was 14 years old. At my young age, I sensed some harm. That man asked my name from our neighbor and he was blushed when our neighbor told him that I was fourteen years old that time and my father was a military official and two brothers police hahaha, oh, want to say you were afraid man?
He thought that I was seventeen years old because when I was fourteen I was already tall and wondered why my height stopped growing when I reached 18 hehehe, I do not have the idea whey my height from 5’4 at fourteen, it only reached 5’5 up to this time, my goodness. How I wished to reach the height of 5’8 so I can bet the Miss Earth, LOL. Well, anyway I am still proud to have this height 5’5 than below 5’0 hehehe. My friend during their ROTC, made a mistake in presenting her height because of fear for that was Tactical inspection. When the battalion commandant asked her height like this: “What is your height? Her answer was, 11”4, Sir, “hahaha, and the battalion commandant laughed secretly for my classmates height was 4”11. The commandant continued asking her,: How many buttons do you have?” the answer of the same girl was , “ only one, Sir”, LOL.
That man who had a bad crush on me when I was 14 no longer live in our locality for fear that he will be charged with sexual harassment, LOL. My father told him that what he was doing to me looking in intent way is one ground for sexual harassment, whew what a man. He was in his 30’s that time and I was just his daughter. I think that mad man was under the influenced of drug and he was never heard from his family from that time on. It was believed he was captured and jailed for an offense that might be more than what he had done to me. That person name Milo might have been influenced by addicts and gangs that eventually led him to criminality offenses.
Another kind of look that seems like melting me happened when I was third year college of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics minor in Physics. That guy always dropped in our classroom every MWF class of mine just to look at me with a very meaningful look. I sat near the door so it was easy for him to do it. I cannot afford to receive his looks whew, it seems I was floating on air and my classmates were all teasing me. His name was Jerry .He courted me, sad, I was hard to get that time, LOL. My suitors were not able to achieve their ardent desire to have me as their girlfriend.
Then, there was a look that I accepted back, the look from my instant crush. He name was Arthur. He was tall, dark and handsome, and was having kissable lips, LOL. I always longed for his look and his eyes so cute and smiling served as my inspiration. Every time I am alone I keep on imagining his handsome face. Then he courted me, accepted him and became my first love, a love that never prospered for he left me to enroll Aeronautics course in Manila so far away from our city. He became an air force pilot. He proposed marriage after long years in a relationship with him having only letters and calls that bonded our love. We were not lucky to have our love lasted till eternity for he was cornered by the daughter of his official and if not marry the girl he will be dismissed from work as an Air force captain.
The sorrowful thing is, at the eve of their wedding, Arthur called me and bade goodbye. He said he loved no other girl in his life but me, and then I heard three shot Bang! Bang! Bang! Arthur committed a suicide, He said he better be dead than to stay with a woman he never loved. That same night, someone called me, the lady that cornered Arthur. She asked for forgiveness which I never granted to her. I told her she was a selfish woman, inconsiderate and insensitive to the feeling of my ex. That night I collapsed along the road when that lady told me that Arthur committed a suicide by shooting himself. It was a very sad story of our love. His body was brought to his home in one of the subdivisions in our city. I was invited by his family to see his dead body for the last time which I did. There I collapsed again upon seeing his eyes and mouth closed. Where are those look that melts my heart and become yours? Where are those glittering eyes that tell me you love me, no more? I felt so devastated, but I have to move on.
This time, I remain single and never dream to marry. I want to remain single for my heart would never beat for love again the same way how it beats for Arthur. Somehow, I seek him in my dream to see his sweet smile and his ardent look on me, to feel his warm body, to touch his face and have our eyes met in glittering shadows of broad day light and moon before it goes abroad to watch each other so in love. How nice to feel the real feeling of love. There were places I went, but never had I seen those looks like those of Arthur. Sometimes in my loneliness I long for him and I long for another love to come my way, only if…the look would melt me the way how those melt me with the way Arthur looked at me. May there will be the same , you.

Chances are there for those whose love are great for triumph surely come should there be no contradictory party to cross your path, if not we have to move on and make life beautiful again. Not all the time that we experience explosive pains but many times of our life are crosses with happiness and success. I believe and follow what I believe, so you too. I bet.
