I am having a tooth pain for last one week

I am having a tooth pain for last one week.And now it is not bearable.
Actually it started three weeks back and it was better in between these days,I used some pain killers,but for last one week its got terrible.

I got a swollen lymph node,and its very hurting.
I used some pain killers and antibiotics.
I think i have ulcers in my mouth.
My lip got swollen a little bit and some infection kind of thing below my tongue.

I am sure it is ulcer and having ulcer for more then a week.Started feeling mild toothache last night.

Then i decided to visit dentist and i went to the dentist and was told that my teeth is fine.I could not believed this Still having the problem.
I think I should change my doctor.Now it has been two days since i have visited to doctor.I have been taking all pain killers.But it is not working.

It is the most painful experience,i have ever faced in my life.
This tothache is horrible & unbearable.I heard ulcers take two weeks to go it has only been eight days for me and the toothache comes and goes.

Even i have not eat since last night.because is making it hard to eat anything on that side.

When i open mouth it is hurting,My tooth hurts,my ears hurt,and my throat was hurting.
nothing really helps.

I eat the things I am supposed to.Now I am scared it is never going to go away.

I have terrible pain in teeth,jaw,ear, it hurts to chew.Its gets releife from cold water.Someone also told me if I have applied tooth paste I will feel better.
When i was in school it was the first time I got tooth ach.It was beacuse cavities.
And it was not very big deal.
But this time this pain is not letting me do any household chores.
If I will not get relief in two days,I will change my doctor.
I can not concentrate on my home and family.
