All human beings on earth have some fundamental right because and these rights rest on each other’s cooperation ignoring cast, color and religion by in all holy books God has described basic human rights as the Ten Commandments and the Laws of Holy Quran but fie upon human beings who have ignored all fundamental and basic human rights and have made their own human rights just to trap the poor people.
Human Rights charter was signed in 1948 and in 1993; it was declared in Vienna World Conference that it is the state duty to protect fundamental human rights apart from political, economic, religious and cultural system all over the world.
Every individual has political and cultural rights in all states of the world and the same right will enjoy female all over the world. In all states education is the most important and fundamental human right but most of the states are not doing this job as in Pakistan the Government is not paying any attention to education.
According to international there is no discrimination between the poor and the rich all are equal in the eyes of law but in practical field there is a great difference between the laws made for the poor and the laws made for the rich. What is this? Nothing but the violation of human rights this system is present in all states.
Racial discrimination is also the violation of human rights, in USA we the white man hates the black man, why? Because the government wants to do so underhand, I have seen equality has disappeared from earth and justice is sold in the national and international courts and its buyers are the rich person, buy it against the poor just to crush them.
All living things on earth have some fundamental rights on earth. Nobody can snatch their rights at any cost. But when their rights fall in danger they start living together to protect their basic rights. The being of society is due to fundamental rights and the main duty of any Government is to protect fundamental rights of human beings. All types of basic rights are called human rights in modern language.
The first pioneer of human right was Thomas Hobbs called it the commands of nature. According to Hobbs, peace lies in following the commands of nature. Here lies a question? What is right? According to Dr. Awing, “I think no one will disturb any person’s affairs in usual circumstances.” It is called right.
Now I tell you what things come under human rights in the light of Human Rights’ History…life, freedom, security of person, ban on slavery, protection from cruel dealing, equality in the eyes of law, national institutions protection, to arrest, exile and imprison without solid a cause, public hearing in all cases, private matter interference, freedom of movement and migration, nationality and marriage right, freedom of ideas, conscious and religion and public meeting, participation in government, protection of ego, freedom of peace and leisure, standard living, culture protection…
These are fundamental rights according to UNO Charter for the people of the whole world. But according to Quincy Wright, “Experience tells us that no nation follows these rights completely.” All over the world human rights are being violated all over the world in every country. None takes its notice even UNO herself.
If UNO is sincere in human rights protection she must take all powers in her hands and change it according to the concept of Sovereignty…page 15, Fundamental Rights, and book name. But according to Mr. Martian,” To respect fundamental rights is must, but there must be a practical concept of fundamental rights among the people of the world.”
In the words of Lord Snell, “The government consists of men and every man has some weaknesses, how the human rights maker may be free of it. They have some faults due to which human rights Charter is not followed completely in every country.”
To sum up, the world policy makers adopt dual nature policy in making other countries policies and their own country policy. It is due to political and cultural prejudice that is making hollow the root of UNO Charter all over the world. In Kashmir and Afghanistan human rights violation are being done but the UNO does not take its notice due to having prejudice against the Muslim countries.
UNO acts upon Micaville politics…always keep on front side your aims and objects and crush everything that is against their aims and objects. Because the completion of national aims and objects is must than any other thing on earth even religion and human rights. The Muslim world must raise their voice against UNO dual policy to protect their rights as a nation on this earth.

One should remember that fundamental rights are violated not only in respect of human beings but also in respect of all living creatures. The Animal Protection Act, Forest Conservation Act, Wild species Protection Act etc.,are all made with the concept that 'every being on earth has got the right to live' and nobody has got any right to hamper or disturb the right of the other.
But, unfortunately, the fundamental right is being viewed as a separate entity. It should be viewed along with the fundamental duties.
We can not walk on the middle of the road in the name of fundamental right. We can not make provocative speeches which may instigate one religion against the other. We should not drink and talk vulgarly in the public causing a nuisance as a matter of fundamental right.
Fundamental rights are always coupled with fundamental duties which everyone is expected to follow.
Every Nation is no doubt violating the fundamental rights given to its public But, we can not club them all into one category and call it a 'total violation'.
This is the basic principle we should keep in mind Any law on human rights or any commission is not necessary for this purpose. They lost all their sanctity not only in Pakistan but in almost all countries
Coming to the point of repatriation of blacks in the U.S, we say that it is inhuman as most of the blacks have been residing in U.S since a very long time that even their fathers and forefathers have made it their land of residence and the repatriation of blacks is against the fundamental right. No doubt it appears to be true. But, what about the illegality of migration? If viewed from this angle and also in view of their contribution to the economy of U.S the decision of repatriating the blacks who are illegal is right and it is not at all against the fundamental right.
Some people who have the power to rule the nation seems to forget the real meaning of Human Rights. It is common that these political leaders try to achieve their personal agendas and ignore the real problem by the local people being ruled.
Despite the unrealistic promises of political leaders, some local people are being deceived. After a while, they had seen the ill-governance of these elected persons; the local people will have full of regret. If they can turn back the time, they will. Unfortunately, the other political leaders are too afraid to oppose the incompetent colleagues in politics.
