How to Improve your Mind & Body

I am sure some of you feel that every new morning is different from the other isn’t it? Some of them demand you need to rush to an early for a customer meeting in your office or sometime you need to catch a train early in the morning for a business related trip to a distant destination but I have no such reasons to get up early in the morning but I still get up at 5 everyday and leave my home by 5.20 for a simple reason, I go to a jogging park 8 km away from my home.
I know most of you have to face tons of challenges every day that come even without knocking our doors but all wiser people keep themselves prepared to face them with right kind of solution up their sleeves. Facing problems is a two way challenge mentally and physically because if you lack in either of these two the chances are you will fail to face them properly.
I suggest you to prepare yourself at both fronts as each of them are as necessary as the other. You must have heard that a healthy body has a healthy mind so if you have to face your problems with right kind frame of mind you shall have to give enough time for a healthy body as much as you give to your business solutions.
I worked on a health topic in last few weeks and learned a lot reading them and some of the suggestions were no lesser than discoveries for me. I would like to mention this one here for the benefit of you in case you are also one of them who thought that almonds are source of bad cholesterol.
On the contrary as per the study the people replaced their eating habits for example if they ate almonds in place of muffins the chances of reduction of LD cholesterol were far better. My question is do you think eating almonds is good for you?

    • That is also what I am doing before gong to school to exercise not by jogging but by dancing some steps heheheh at least 30 minutes. I maintain my weight since age 17 which is 11o pounds.

    • Unfortunately, I don't rush on going to work. I do this routine during my previous jobs. Basically, I am working at home for more than 3 years now. The only thing that I push myself to work is dealing with students online.At some instances, some of these students are so arrogant. It drains my energy dealing with their arrogant behavior. On the other hand, I still need to condition my body and mind at all times.
