One of my favorite vegetables on the list is Green peas.
These peas are round in shape, soft texture, a layer of
skin wrap up over the tiny peas and simply delicious!
They are usually sold in canned or packed in frozen bag
at a cheap price.
3 cans of peas equals the same amount of a frozen bag
of peas.
The differences between both are:
l Canned peas are soft, edible immediately ,larger in size
and jade green color.
l Frozen peas are hard, raw, smaller in size and dark
green color.
However, I could not find any fresh Green Peas around
the market, have you found any?
I would prefer to buy frozen Green Peas rather than the
canned ones because the latter has more sodium
contents which is not healthy for consumption.
Which do you prefer; frozen or canned peas?
