Here’s the thing I’ve put on alot of extra weight due to Thanksgiving of course. I always throw down at the table this time of the year, how can I not with all the great foods. Food be everywhere. All your family be cooking different recipes And if your like me you wanna try it all. I’m definitely not missing out on that. Not to mention I just recently got put on birth control, and also all this school work and studying. I don’t have time to workout EVERYDAY. I blew up (only in the stomach) I’m sure everyone knows this can cause low self esteem. (Yep I’m losing all my self esteem) I don’t feel pretty any more. All women are beautiful no matter what. But I wanna feel that spark back in my life. Not to mention my fiance even mention that I know longer had a flatter stomach. (Ladies we got to stay looking good for our man) and men you should tell your women how you feel and stay supportive) that helps alot. Im sure I can do this with the help and support of you all. I need you guys to help me stay motivated. It’s a MUST that I change this. what’s the quickest accurate way to get a flatter stomach? Need to get rid of this stubborn fat. (Yeah I know you can do sit ups but that’s just building up) I need the fat gone before I can tone. I need some good workouts for when I’m not able to workout everyday it makes up for the days I missed. And not even just workouts, what would be sum healthy snacks or foods that I could use to help break down this stubborn fat.
