In a healthy body there must be a good habit as well. A wide variety of disease would be avoided so that you are free to enjoy your day with a healthy and fit. But to run good habits requires a little sacrifice as rah-rah wasting your time and a small charge for the purchase of vitamin – vitamin health advocates.

yes. Good habits make us healthy. A healthy body means a healthy and sound mind. A healthy mind thinks and acts but not the reverse. Good habits will always make you perfect in almost everything. What are the good habits may sometimes raises a big debate also. But, generally accepted good habits are;
1. Getting up early;
Getting up early means one should have sufficient time of sleep also and for which he has to take his sleep early.So, it always implies
2. Go to bed early: this is for getting up early after having sufficient hours of sleep.
3. Sleep: How much sleep? 8-10 hrs of sleep is a must for good health. It improves the vision and keeps the brain and mind cool.
4. Drinking at least a litre of water (preferably warm water + Lemon) as soon as once we get up early in the morning. It gives and boosts up our system and make us ready to take the activity of Jogging as it should never be done with an empty stomach.So, this drink gives necessary bowel movements and also the minimum energy needed for the workout.
5. Jogging: Jogging should always be done starting with slow steps. Most of the people just start moving as soon as they come out of the house which is not advisable.
One should also know that Jogging should be done in the evenings during the summer season and early in the morning during the winter season. (I will explain in my blog)
The above being some of the good habits, drinking alcohol, smoking, should be dispensed with or should be at the minimum level of consumption.
Taking head bath with cool water is one of the good habits and most of the brain, skin, and hair related problems can be overcome by this habit.
Doing meditation just for 2 minutes/ breathing exercise just for 2 minutes before taking head bath is another good habit which needs to be added to the To-Do list.
Each person has a unique body system but certain universal rules like having good sleep, eating fresh fruits, eating home made foods, avoiding junk foods, avoiding eating something too hot or too cold, avoiding eating stale food, rest, relaxation and recreation all form important part of keeping diseases at bay.
But a few people are prone to certain health issues and need special supplements may be natural or even some medicines may be needed as there are no alternatives left. Eating citrus fruits builds immunity, a spoon of honey is also good, putting a bark of cinnamon in a glass of water in the night and drinking the water in the morning is good for ones bladder and kidneys, keeping a clove in ones mouth after meals and after washing ones mouth and chewing the same also kills many bacteria.
