Do you know how much food an Elephant consumes daily it is in between 200 to 250 kgs per day by that we can nearly 50 kgs of dung daily from an Elephant. We can make 115 sheets of paper from 50 Kgs of dung. Elephant dung smell not that much bad when compared with other animal dung. If the dung is bad smell think that the Elephant is ill.
Elephant fiber is just fibre, elephants are poor digesters, 50 percent of food straightly come out side in normal way. Elephant dung paper will not smell at all. No chlorine is used to make paper and its its 100 percent bacteria free. If we are not use to make it paper it creates more problem to the environment.
Collecting the elephant dung, after that wash the dung and boil it for 5 hours. Spin the dung to cut fibers up to 3 hours and add colors to it, make the product to equal size balls. Shift the ball evenly in to frames, dry it in sun. Sanding them to smooth surface assembly them to different useful products like pads, letter pads, wrappers, gift articles.
