Eggs are my favorite food not only for me but for my family, there are used in everything, plain or with other food, they so tasty and with vegetable you have a good food ready for lunch

Plain egg we eat it every other day but add to those when used for baking or with minced meat or mixed up wiht potato

There are very good eggs in each country, there is the organic and the hormonal eggs. Our of ten we buy 5 times eggs, its very pricy here

Eache egg have about 85 calories and its price is 10 cents for non organic, and 15 cent for organic egg

We buy it dozen and dozen its cheap. So for those on diet you eat poiled to you eat only 85 energy only but for those who are in love with egg, then you mix it with olive oil or onion or just fry it with butter, the small is super and the food is tasty in a way that will make you not to stop eating it

I tend to buy the clean Eggs, also the fresh one, I buy it not later than week from production. Eggs continue to do good for long

I try to check the eggs to make sure that eggs are undamaged. The damaged ones are going to be contaminated. They put the same size in the same container. Small together and large eggs together. I usually buy the normal size as I feel the big one are not organic even if its written they are organic and vegetarian fed chicken.

the expensive eggs are more tasty whether organic or not.  So I sometimes  pay more to get the brand eggs and sometimes I buy the cheaper one.  The carton in which eggs in are important because if the cheap one that easily bind , you will get your eggs broken when you reach your vehicle or home. So sometimes I pick the good container brand.
