Correct breathing cleans negative emotions.

Do you know the feeling when from the experienced tension start aching your shoulder or “locks” neck? Probably, yes. But have you ever thought of that from these unpleasant sensations caused by stress can help to break out something very simple as breathing? Conscious breathing, or breathing by energy is like pure water for the human physical and energetic body, which by its flow washes, cleanses, heals, relaxes and refreshes it. In the human breath lies strength, you just need to discover it.

There are correct and incorrect breathing. First of all, you need to understand what makes the human breathing incorrect. Let’s look at the baby, when the baby is born, he breathes very freely, breathes his tummy, breathe his ribs, whole body is moving completely free. There are no obstacles, the body is free, and it is a correct human breath. Correct breathing is when the human body is free, relaxed, when breathing flows just as free river. When a person grows he begins to strain. When a person feels tension, he pinched breath and inhaled air cannot penetrate to the strained and suppressed body parts.

Every adult human inhaling is influenced by the thoughts, emotions, experiences, both taking place on the outside and inside. Suppose, what is the breath when in the human mind are rotating some sad thoughts. The human body is compressed, it is likely to become clogged chest, shoulders tense, the underside of the ribs become clogged. The body reacts to every thought, every idea brings emotions that affect our breathing. Correctly we breathe when we are calm, in good mood, when the breath is free, smooth.

We’ve all heard these sayings: pain stuck in the throat or teeth compressed in anger, and so on. All these expressions show how strong emotion affect breathing, such as throat compression of strong emotions, and then breathing simply cannot enter. Emotions have like a map of the body, when a person is afraid, tense one part of the body, when he is angry, tense the other part of the body, and where tense, breathing is cannot enter. Where cannot get breath, there cannot get the vital energy, and the person feels constrained, because the organs or muscles are not provided with oxygen.

Tension closes breathing flow and the consequences are illness. And it affects not only the physical body. When negative emotions remain in the human body, changing human psychological models, one begins to think that he is wrong, that something is wrong with him, and so on. Tense person does not have the strength to change something in life, he feel depressed. Incorrect breathing harm becomes emotional, psychological, physical and in social level the person can not reveal his potential, it means that he cannot be as beneficial to society and the family.

Correct breathing benefits such that when a person calms down, breathing evenly, he becomes more conscious, his life runs led by his own intellect, rather than emotion, in other words, it is the growth of consciousness. When we learn to breathe correctly, even if something negative comes to our lives, we will remain calm and deliberate, so we can find solutions to the situation. Conscious breathing is a conscious life.
