FUNCTIONAL- Increase in vocabulary, agility, and capacity to reason and analyze.
DEVELOPMENT- This is the dynamic arrangement of changes that happen in an efficient, unsurprising example thus of development and experience. It’s will likely empower the person to adjust to his surroundings and to accomplish self-realization.
MATURATION- This is the process of attaining a level of development at which a type of behavior generally appears. It is the unfolding or ripening process of traits present. maturation is the completion of growth and development within the organism, the unfolding of the individual’s inherent traits or potentials.
LEARNING- is critical for obtaining new information, attitudes and states of mind that are fundamental for a successful life.

When I was still working in an international NGO, posting of child photos is not allowed. Unless, if there is an approval from their biological parents. Children's rights can fall into this kind of act. That's the reason why the organization didn't insist on taking photos of children with disabilities or impairments under my care. They still need to ask permission from the parents. It is also protecting the rights of the young ones.
