A simple spaghetti recipe for the family

Cooking is a basic thing in life but it requires time to make something good and especially for a family of four. Spaghetti dishes are the easiest to make and can fill a family up fast. Some recipes are more complex than others and that is a reason why we tend to turn to fast food. The time necessary to cook a decent meal for the family sometimes is too much for a busy mother or father.

I for one love to cook but there are days where i am to lazy to cook. I have a spaghetti recipe i make that is not that hard to make neither takes too long. It is cheesy and meat spaghetti.

This recipe requires:

• 500g of spaghetti (which ever you desire)
• half onion finely chopped up
• Garlic Powder
• Oregano
• 250-300g of tomato sauce
• 250g of ground cow meat
• 250g of mozarella cheese
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil

1. In a pan put some water boiling with the spaghetti and a pinch of salt.
2. In a smaller sauce pan sauté the onions until they are softened up and add the meat to cook is slowly. When the meat is almost cooked, add the tomato sauce, a pinch or two of oregano (depends on how much you like) and a pinch of garlic powder. Let that come to a soft boil and set aside.
3. When the spaghetti is fully cooked, remove all the water and put it back in the pot. Add the meat mixture with the tomato sauce. If you think their isnt enough sauce just add some water to it. Mix the spaghetti up and on very low heat add the mozarella cheese and mix until fully melted.

When the cheese is fully melted then you are ready to serve. This is usually enough for a family of 4 that eat very well.

It is my go to spaghetti for any kind of event. It is delicous and you can add other ingridients if you wish. You can even make it without the meat. If you don’t want meat then all you need remove it from the recipe. Easy.
