Yes, that is correct. These questions are the basic things asked during the interview. But I don't know or convince that the interviewee is answering those question honestly. Why? When he is hired and has started working and becomes a regular employee, his true self-starting to be noticed. He becomes lazy, hard-headed and often complaining.
I remember when I was interviewed by the owner of the bank I applied for. I asked how could be of great help to the bank. I directly answered it by saying that I am no perfect. I could commit mistakes, but if possible I would do more than to my mistakes by being careful.
