Frequently Asked Questions During the Job Interview With Answers

As we move into the room of any organization for the job interview, we always need to answer frequently asked questions during the job interview. In this write up I am going to discuss few of such questions, and based on my research and experience over the years what should be their valuable answers. Let’s not waste our precious time as you might be looking for a better opportunity and building up yourself for the next interview, so let’s just get into it.

Why should we hire you?

If you hire me, it will be a great platform to showcase my skills. Whatever goals I set, I ensure to complete them within stipulated time.

Reasons behind leaving your last job?

In order to enhance my skill set, I am looking for better opportunities.

Why have you been unemployed for such a long time?

I enrolled myself for some advanced personality development course with some freelance work.

Tell me your ability to work under pressure?

I keep myself calm and focus on multi-tasking while being patient.

What are your expectations from job?

Professionally advancement and good future.

Describe your management style?

I will be constantly keeping tab of assigned work with my subordinates and seniors, finishing the assigned job before deadlines.

Are you a team player?

Yes, the team which I was part of have successfully completed the projects within deadlines.

What irritates you about co-workers?

I believe in team work. Even if I find anything irritating, I try to avoid it unless it personally affects me.

It doesn’t matter till I learn something new in every project.

Folks, the questions that I have penned down may not be occurring in every interview with same set of wordings. If you have been through few interviews then you can realize immediately that these are the frequently asked questions with different wording over and again.     • Yes, that is correct. These questions are the basic things asked during the interview. But I don't know or convince that the interviewee is answering those question honestly. Why? When he is hired and has started working and becomes a regular employee, his true self-starting to be noticed. He becomes lazy, hard-headed and often complaining.

      I remember when I was interviewed by the owner of the bank I applied for. I asked how could be of great help to the bank. I directly answered it by saying that I am no perfect. I could commit mistakes, but if possible I would do more than to my mistakes by being careful.
